I recently visited Thala 07 Food and was pleasantly surprised by their Veg Manchurian Dry dish. Not only was it delicious, but it also had a good balance of vegetables and protein. As someone who prefers healthy and nutritious options, I was happy to see that they used fresh ingredients and did not overload the dish with oil.
