First of all ; one never need to question first cry. Also staff is very helpful. Jatin sir over there helped me & guided to choose my 1year baby 1st birthday clothes and footwear  and gifts suggestion.

You need to keep asking about rates, as daily they varies discount which is frustrating. Saw the stroller but they don't give fresh piece , giving display stroller piece with wheels are wore off. Even after discount it's overrated prices.

Helpful staff . Variety of kids cloth, toys etc . reasonable price

Felt there is a high price difference online and offline
I purchased diapers pack 76 pieces
Cost me 1095 offline
I purchased it as I need it in emergency
Online cost is around 750
With tax I believe around 800
Big difference
Better to purchase everything online
Even they don't know about their stock
Which thing is available and which is not
I don't understand why there is big difference in online and offline in same brand official store and app.

I have been to many of first cry outlets I found this very neat and managed.

The staff here is very polite and takes interest in helping you.

worst experience ...they will suggest you to buy membership so you can get better discounts.but after buy membership i realised that they dont have stock of product...i am waiting for products from last three months.. they will always give commitment like it will come in 10 days or 15 days but unfortunately it wont came even after 3 months .so be aware of this membership scam.

Very bad experience with this store.
store man dose not any sense how to care and how to talk with  valuable customer and he directly denied i can not return this product and store man not able to understand customer situation very bad experience please try to improve this one.
Personal i suggest don't buy any product in first cry store. It's better you buy in any other store because they understand customer situation.

Lovely store with a wide selection of quality items for new parents. The owners if this business are always so helpful and answered my questions when I went to purchase gifts for my cousin’s baby recently.

The place is very famous  in our city so all are visit one time. All staff  members  are very helpful. Shailesh  is a very good and humble  person in this store.

The shopkeeper who sits on the store is least concerned about the customerS . All the products are lying haphazardly without any organisation on the basis of sizes. When asked that want to speak with the owner storekeeper says that owner cannot talk at 6:45 pm in the evening. Never ever bust this store because u won’t get anything here due to their own mess

Worst place people should never try this I suggest you to go to other first cry i shopped clothes from most of all FirstCry.com in Ahmedabad but never had worst experience as this place  clothes are not we arranged staff Is totally low class they told 2 customer infront of me that please come later we are busy  what tht hell is this behaviour theyare even interested to show stuff  i find by my self bcz they are busy in another work one of their female member was even going rough to another who help us to find product and i had urgency for my new born kid so i need to choose neared which is 25 km from my place still they told come later

Pathetic service! I have requested to return one product which i have purchased before 3 days and never used it but they are saying that they don't have that authority to return something. In online application there is an option to return product but same option is not available at store. Its unbelievable!!! I would suggest to visit this store, finalize your product and then order it from online so at least you will get better services!
I hope this review will help others before purchasing something from store.

Not able to find even a single product from my list.

Small space , Massy counter , and unorganized all things! Not an even a single person to help. They are answering like "Jo hai wo ye sab hai, dekh lo apne aap"!

One more - "pamper's Diaper is not available" that's a biggest joke!!

I have bought Little Genius Wooden ABCD toyes.. after reaching home (in 30 minutes) i realise its small letter (abcd) wheres i wanted (ABCD)

They didnt even tried for exchange (i didnt forced them for return)

Pathetic people in the store! Don't know how the system even works. I have purchased many items from first dry online, in-store from different locations, but This particular location has untrained people. Unprofessional, bad behavior, don't know how to behave with customers.
I wouldn't give 1 start to these locations.

I suggest firstcry gandhinagar for shopping because not only staff is good but also have all knowledge about product which are very paramount for newborns.
