This is an unofficial Jio store, and the official My Jio Store is right beside it. I got confused so I ended up here. The shop owner took Rs. 450 for a Rs. 350 plan (new SIM), and told me that the difference would be added to my account. However, no such balance exists... He also claimed that new SIM cards can only be activated on the 28 days plan (Rs. 350) but, I doubt that was true either. Avoid this and go to the official shop!

Staff was helpful.
Store closed at 8pm not 10pm. Also number provided is wrong.

I visited  and proper  response  at Gandhinagar  sector  21 store.
But  contact  number  not available  / reachable  for inquiry or support of sector 21 Gandhinagar.

No response even after one week of payment. Only false assurances like will be done tomorrow.

Worst service I have expience. Internet speed is too low and since last 2 months they are trying to solve an issue but can not solve. Engineers just visit the place but can not solve issue. Waste of money and its not refundable too.

Worst experience as they didnt have autority to solve any problem than why they have opened the physical store. I dont understand this.

Staff dont have any manners, that, how to talk or behave with customers and how to provide good services? Workforce always negligible. No right time service. Keep on procrastinate your complains or keep making excuses !! Very Poor Service !!

Though the store is relatively small when compared to others but the service isn't. The whole staff is very helpful and are quick to respond to any query one has.
Brownie points to handling the dispersion of Jio Sim Connections. If you own an Adhaar Card and an unique fingerprint; the whole process takes less than a minute.

Avoid customer and Response not given Properly.very bad service experience.

Last time i visited for my jio recharge..they provide me best offer ..very supportive people are their..also credit card and debit card facilities are available at store. I ensure u that u will get quick recharge.
