I recently dined at NH1 Bowls - Highway To North and I must say, as someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised. The Desi Ghee Dal Khichdi Bowl was not only delicious, it was also gluten-free! The combination of dal and rice cooked in ghee was simply outstanding, and it was a wholesome and hearty meal option. I visited NH1 Bowls recently and I must say I was really impressed. I ordered the three Rice Bowls and they were really tasty. I was also delighted to receive a complimentary Choco Lava Delight Cake and Pepsi Black. The ambiance of the place was also great. Highly recommended!
