ASIAN Cobb Tester is used for the Cobb resistance of the paper. It consists of a brass (or gun metal) cylinder of known inside diameter and length. It has a metallic plate, which is used for clamping the one side of the cylinder with the help of bracket and bolts. The metallic plate, which is used for clamping purpose, pastes a rubber sheet for the perfect clamping. The whole assembly of the cylinder and clamping arrangement is pivoted so that easy and fast pour off the water takes place. A brass roller of specified size and shape is also provided with the instrument. The equipment is designed to give a long and trouble-free life; the components are bright polished and bright chrome plated. This is the worst company in India. I would suggest everyone dont buy anything from them. Even if they offer you free. I purchased UTM of 5.5 lacs when we opened it was broken and second hand. Owner and his staff didn't cared to refund the amount or rectify the problem. They from some other source i got it repaired costing me 2.5 lacs. Never trust them and dont buy from Asian Test Equipments.

Subsequently court has received the summons which was served  through local court to you but it was returned  that address cannot be located (best reason you know). Thereafter advocate Mr. Ramakant B. Rane sent summon to your registered address vide dated 30-08-2024 with registered post which also returned  back that address cannot be located (best reason you know)

Matter is kept for hearing on 22nd October 2024 you may attend otherwise plaintiff company shall proceed the matter Ex-parte.

Copy of Suit No.186 and hearing date intimation are attached.

We would like to bring it your notice, that we have purchased a paper busting test machine in September 2019, and we have been facing end number issues in this machine since we have bought it from you, and we are getting with zero technical support from your end. Now the valve of machine has been damaged with such a shorter period and have received a verbal quote for Rs 18000/- for this valve, which is unfair.  We have hardly used this machine and we cant afford such kind of damages.  We had another issues earlier, by leaking of glycerin, motor stuck etc  and it has been sorted out by ourselves.
This is quite embarrassing and annoying us  because of such serial of brake downs in such  a shorted period.
No customer service, very poor quality materials used, focusing only on sales.. not worth for money paying.

We had requirement for conditioning chamber, we purchased from Asian Test Equipment. These are working fine and no issues with the service. We are satisfied.. Thank you so much...

Supply :- no commitment on delivery
Installation : this is the 3rd visit of engineer they have zero responsibility

The sales team is only available when they want to sell
I think the owner doesn’t know what is going on or is least bothered .
The worst experience I have had with any company .
I strictly recommend not to get into business with them ..

They have good facility of infrastructure to develop Machine as per customer requirements.We have purchased leather and footwear testing instruments for our lab.Few machine we have modified as per our needs.Machines are working fine and good support from Asian also for service during need.But still they have to do more on quality enhance with attractive design to grab more customers in Indian market as well as for export.

We had requirement for toy testing machine, we purchased from Asian Test Equipment. These are working fine and no issues with the service. We are satisfied.
