Does not deserve a single star..the people running the hotel were the worst behaved and irritating guys..specially a guy who claims that he owns the place now named some harsh . also the hotel does not provide basic ammenities like Towels and drinking water. The bedsheets and blankets were not clean and they will not bother to change after the previous checkout. And I have posted the real images of the room, switch board is burnt ,i fail to understand how the service can be so disgusting after paying the rent without negotiation. Service that I got from this worst hotel was pathetic.. Never in my dreams I thought that I would get this type of service.overall it was a horrible experience and Guys do not consider this hotel even in your dream please stay away from this hotel.

Worst experience ever, no one should visit here. They don't provide basic amenities like towel,soap, etc. If you ask them they'll start argument with you which can lead to fight also. It's better to spend 100-200 extra on some other good hotels.

Management is very rude road side fellows  .changes room price when we enter,will not change bedsheets daily,charge fee 100 per day for car parking,rooms are good but bit expensive 2500 per day ,it's ok if it could be around 1300 to 1600 per day. Don't try to eat food in restaurant  Inside sanas villa .

Rooms clean service is so good and one of staff the is Vishnu is so compretive is guest experience is so good I love Goa😍
