Worst hotel I had booked this hotel though Agoda website after when I visited this place they told rooms are full now not available u speak with Agoda what type of thing this is after getting the confirmation email also and amount also debited this hotel people scammed us

Not Recommended – for Family

Stayed here recently and was quite disappointed. The room was not clean, with visible dust and an overall unkempt feel. the AC didn’t have a remote, making it inconvenient to adjust. If you’re traveling with a kid, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere, as the overall environment isn’t comfortable. I wasn’t sure about bedbugs, but the hygiene standards didn’t feel reassuring. Definitely not worth the stay.

Please find above mentioned details of our booking and payment done through agoda. We have Checked in at Hotel Balaji Inn on 06-05-2025 at 2.00pm. Upon check in we found that hotel room was not at all clean. Also room was full of cigarette smell. Bedsheet linen was torn. After one hour of use of AC, it started leaking water through indoor ac unit which was placed over the bed. We have asked receptionist to change the room but all other rooms were in very bad condition. We have personally called property owner but he did not respond positively. We have asked him to refund total amount as we were forced to check out the hotel at 4 pm. We have paid for 2 days but not even stayed there for 2 hours. We have asked owner to refund total amount but he said he can’t do it as property was booked from Agoda.

Purely basic accommodation, reasonably clean, cheap. No food available on site, but it was ordered from outside.

Staff are very rude and bad rooms are maintained clean cockroaches are there in bathroom is so small

Wrost hotel scammed us by not providing rooms even though rooms are booked through agoda app

Worst place ever! Not suitable for families l. This stay is only for bachelors the photos showns on the website are very old and when u talk to the managers or whoever during booking they'll offer all the facilities required with best prices and once booked.. you won't get to see them again ! We stayed there  for 2 nights and it was pathetic the room was dirty.. bed cover and blanket has stainless and torn . We had to tell them to change it twice yet all was the same.. it's an bathroom with curtain filled with fungus 😔 and stains .. I can write an essay on this place tbh think 100 times before u decide to stay here..this is where they keep the clean stuff and also sweep and put the dust . When we asked for the fridge to keep pastries they showed this room and asked us to use this fridge !

Beware of their bike rental service! Their behavior towards customers is absolutely pathetic. They don't even bother to mention the return time on the receipt. The vehicles are in terrible condition—poorly maintained and barely functional. It's better to pay a little extra elsewhere than to fall into the trap of these scammers.

Exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Impeccably clean rooms with modern decor. A truly Nice experience. Bike Rental avilable here

Hotel was in prime location and nearby , room was good specially washroom, humble behaviour of staffs nd proprietor i couldn't explain ut was different experience. we had to extend the checkout by one hours which they graciously accepted.

FRAUD.
I originally booked 2 rooms via Agoda and when we reached there, it looks nothing like how it was shown in the photos. No parking, no security anywhere but we were ready to let it go and stay there since we had already paid. BUT
It turns out they gave our rooms to another party for a higher price. Had to sit there and wait for the owner who is apparently missing. Thankfully customer service from Agoda was helpful. These people made the whole trip stressful and tense instead of it being happy and relaxing.

Best place to stay near Calangute beach, excellent staff. Very very good rooms. Sourabh and Syed are amazing staff. Reasonably priced food available as well. Very good room service. No dedicated parking space of the hotel but one can manage to park nearby space around the hotel.

This hotel is mentioned as its located in the heart of Goa , its absolutely nonsense.
Its my recent visit and stay in goa , i stayed at Hotel balaji inn(Khobra bodda village) and i had the worst to worst experience which any hotel or hotel staff can give.
When you Book the hotel you may opt to check the reviews but all reviews are fake and paid if you see some good reviews.

I had a stay of 5 days at Hotel Balaji inn for Honeymoon vacation.

Staffs were not at all co operative. I asked the person to clean the room he told me that he will do whenever he want not when you want , wifi did not work for All 5 days. TV was there it was never recharged even after multiple reminders.
Hotel owner was staying at same hotel on Ground floor but when you call and ask him to meet or report any problems related to facility he will lie that he doesnt stay on same hotel. I checked with other near by people he was sitting write infront of me but he never met me not because he did not wanted but because of lack of facility mentioned  on internet and reality. Owner may have excuse for everything but for any reason your paid cost wont be refunded.

Overall i will not recommend this hotel at any point specially when you are travelling with your friends or partner. I had worst og worst experience with Hotel staff and owner.
I dont have any positive points which i can highlight for hotel Balaji inn.

The room was okay. But there were bugs and ants. The AC never worked properly. THE STAFF WAS PATHETIC. Their behaviour was so so so impolite and unprofessional. We were 4 ladies and the hotel staff used to stare , cat-call, comment and laugh on us. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t book this hotel guys.
