I recently had the chance to try out Goan Bites and their Carrot Cucumber Tomato Salad did not disappoint! The freshness and crunch of the ingredients blended perfectly together, making for a light and refreshing starter. The portions were generous and the dressing added just the right amount of tanginess. I couldn't resist ordering a second helping!
