I recently discovered the Pool Bar and Grill at the Grand Hyatt and as someone with a sweet tooth, I was not disappointed. The Aloo Matar Samosa was the perfect combination of crispy and flavorful. The presentation of the dish was spot on, making it almost too pretty to eat. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was also very inviting. I can't wait to explore more of their dessert options. Highly recommend for anyone with a love for sweets and a desire to try new places.

The Pool Bar and Grill at Grand Hyatt is an excellent spot for a dinner night out. The mezze platter was a standout, with a mix of hummus, tzatziki, and grilled vegetables that all tasted brilliant. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommend it!
