I like the rate and even you gets point if you have took the membership card and much more, there is a discount rates also if your purchase from Apollo pharmacy, and the best part is they give you free delivery to your mentioned address, normally it's very expensive out side the store but here all good, only one thing I don't like is to wait too much if I order something.

I was denied medicine even after showing a valid prescription on my mobile phone. The person at the counter was extremely uncooperative and asked me to get a physical prescription at the middle of the night (I visited Goa from another state so I did not have the physical prescription with me). I even offered to email them my prescription and show my govt. ID card to validate, but the person at the counter had a dismissive attitude and kept ignoring my requests, saying he could not help at all.

I am a customer of Apollo since many years and also a Circle member. They have all my medical history and I had also bought those same medicines earlier from their shops.

So basically, they do not care about you or your emergencies.

I had kind of allergy and skin itching i visited this store very slow service staff dont have idea for prescription confused, making very high amount invoice and medicine provided not effective at all

I recently visited Apollo Pharmacy to purchase Vitamin D3 drops for my child, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and during my visit, I noticed two other customers leave the store out of frustration with the staff’s inefficiency.

There was a woman with curly hair at the billing counter who was particularly rude. Despite my clear request for Vitamin D3 liquid for my child, she kept insisting that I buy tablets instead. I even mentioned that I was fine with any brand, yet I had to wait 15–20 minutes without any proper response. When I asked if they were going to give me the medicine or not, she finally said they would check. However, another 5–7 minutes went by without any resolution.

In total, I waited far too long, only to leave empty-handed because no one seemed concerned about helping customers. The lack of professionalism and the rude behavior were unacceptable.

Apollo Pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and hire staff who understand the importance of assisting customers promptly and respectfully. Such poor service reflects badly on a reputed brand like Apollo.

Very poor service. The staff is very slow and unresponsive. Hardly 2 3 customers were there still they were taking so much time. If you ask them How much time it will take they  respond very rudely. I came out of the shop without taking anything after experiencing this.

I have a very bad experience with Apollo pharmacy. I had told their incharge for a medicine which he told me will be available shortly but now it has been weeks and i still didn't get any. Im going there everyday but no improvement,my doctor gave me a course which i cannot miss and its a very important medicine.very disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope you will look into this matter and make available the medicine.

Today 8th feb 2025 went to buy Gluconorm sr 500, they dont have this medicine, fourth time i went there in 5 months everytime they dont have it, this pharmacy is useless in calangute, i will never go there again even if im dying for medicines .even the person  who replies to my review  is so u professional,  he has sent me the customer service email with a spelling mistake (see photo attached )
This pharmacy  doesn't deserve even one star, I have visited this pharmacy several times and all the time they don't have basic medicines that I need, I live in calangute and have to travel to mapusa all the way to buy these basic medicines.

Or kar deta hu par bill to mujhe chahiye hi chahe bill kal de Dena phir ek ladka jo pehle se bahar khada tha bola bhag ja nahi to maar khayega or na koi bill milega eshi gunda girdi mene aaj tak kisi medical store par nahi dekha ye sari harkat CCTV me bhi mil jayegi
