What a great restaurant! They serve delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The staff are really warm and attentive without being at all annoying. All food is freshly prepared and really reasonably priced. I mainly eat vegetarian (which they cook superbly) but I also had prawn and chicken dishes. All top notch. The food and service here knocks other restaurants in the area into a cocked hat and once I found it, I rarely ate anywhere else. Chilled vibe.

Avoid staying here as this place is not at all hygienic. The blankets and bed sheets are very dirty with stains. The staff here is not service oriented and does not know how to talk with customers. The toilet is not clean. The AC was making a lot of noise. Don't spoil your Goa trip by staying at cheap resorts. Pay some more money and stay at a good place!!!

We booked this hotel from Oyo, thinking Oyo maintains the basic cleanliness. Hotel was small, not crowded at all and basic infrastructure but they are not maintaining it properly. The room had moist smells which can give you allergy..we asked for room freshner to avoid that. AC was years old which did not cool that small room at all. We faced water problems too, in the morning from 9 am onwards...they asked us to use another washroom from another room. They don't have any restaurant it's yet to come, under progress. As during booking it was mentioned that they have. We booked the room with breakfast which we asked for they did not serve without asking for it that too very less in quantity. One day one paratha with curd and tea, another day 3 poori and sabji. Don't expect much from this hotel. You can easily find better option with the same rates.

I went to Goa for 2 days with my wife. I don't know where to start but I'll try to list down my whole experience one by one : -I had booked the room for 2 nights. From 7th December to 9th December 2018. I had paid extra for breakfast as well. Morning of 8th December I got message that I have checked out early. An early checkout fee of Rs 1500 was charged. -Now while sitting on Anjuna Beach, I had to call hotel. Hotel said that they don't know anything and I should contact OYO. -I then contacted OYO and they told that hotel has done checkout. -After waiting for around 1 hour, I was told to pay Rs 1500 to the hotel for making one more booking from 8th to 9th December. He told that Rs 1500 will be refunded after 7 working days. -After talking for 1 more hour complimentary room was booked. -This room didn't include any breakfast for which I was again asked to pay to which I declined as I had paid already for 2 days breakfast beforehand. -9th morning I got a call saying that breakfast has been added. -9th morning when we woke up at 8:30 am, water was not coming in the bathroom. We didn't have water for brushing and freshen up. We thought its a temporary issue and informed hotel reception. -we waited till 11:30 am but there was no water in the bathroom. I logged a complain with oyo as well. -They provided us bathroom of another room at 11:30 am where we had to get freshen up. - We checked out around 1 pm as it took time to get freshen up. I had planned to visit few places in the morning which I had to skip as my bus was at 5 pm. Oyo together with hotel ruined my Goa experience.

Great place for budget travellers. After all " you get what you pay for " Good service overall. I paid just 1500 for one room per day it also depends on timings obviously, I visited this place in Jan '19.

Please do not book this place. If you are a big group and throwing around a lot of money, you would be treated very well or else you will get treated like absolute nobody.

I opened the balcony door to have a seat and the table and chairs were covered in a inch of dust and I got in, to my dispair I switched on the fan only to find it covered in a lot of fungus.

Don't even get me started on the food, pooris covered in palm oil was served on day 1 with bhaaji, needless to say I cursed myself for the stupidity.

No matter how polite I was it did not make any difference. They wanted money for every little thing.

Instance 1- I asked for early check in and was told it would be 30% of the total booking I said fine, I don't have an option. Checked with Oyo and they said it would be decided by the property owner at the time of check in and based on availability (Fair enough)

Instance 2- I asked for late check-out, now this time I called up Oyo again and asked them for availability and if I need to pay extra they said No it is complementary and the rooms are available. Checked with hotel and they said I need to pay extra again, this completely put me off.

Extremely money minded and least regard for hospitality.

Its the worst resort by oyo. The resort looks shabby. Thr bathroom r dirty. Tv dont work. Wen u complain abt all the concerned person says will be done but it never gets done. The furniture is dusty. Breakfast arrives late ie. Just before the check out.

We have been here for a 3 day 2 night stay and must say awesome service...great maharastrian food and very helpful operations staff...
It is walking distance from a nearby beach which has nearly blue water and very clean in comparison to other beaches in goa...
walk from hotel to this beach takes 5 minutes approx.
Looking towards my next visit for sure...

Resonable type accommodation adj.to main road,lots of shops and eating joints nearby not only enhance your trip also satisfied your belly.Neat and clean property,nice staff.

Its gud to be here they had decent amenities ac neat n clean rooms very close to candolin Beach n very close to good restaurant s n market n malls

Hotel was good. Staff very helpful and available all the time. In close proximity to the market and candolim beach.

Nice place in the market and walkable distance to the beach. Maharashtrian menu also available(kombadi wade and similar konkani food).

Over-hyped place. Worst quality of food. Drinks- don't think they use the original quality of alcohol.

all is good except that wifi signal is only available at the reception area & not inside the rooms.

Vey close to cadolim beach and main market. Complimentary breakfast doesn't offer much choices.

Nice resort with silence. It's located near beach. Food and drinks also available. A/c rooms available.
