OM Car Rental Goa.

It was the worst car rental service ever. They are so greedy and money minded and irresponsible owners, and just for extra 2-3 hours they have charged 400 rs. When we came to return the bike they were not available (shop was closed) and we tried to call them for 30-40 mins as we would have missed our last bus to airport. On call the guy was so rude and asking us to make remaining payment and not coming to give our original ID card. At the end we had to leave our ID card with these people and leave for bus. Beware while giving original ID card and they have no accountability. Don't ever book this bike rental.

Very bad experience with Om car rental,
I rented car for two days talking to the person available at the shop. They just took video, deposited security amount and provided me vehicle with almost empty tank with ok ok condition. At the time of return at airport, I parked the vehicle at private parking P1 at mopa airport. Shop guy called me and said leave the vehicle at departure lane (which airport security don’t allow), when I told him that I have parked the vehicle in parking, he forcefully said you have to pay the parking amount(he has not mentioned it earlier anyway) Also they were asking about ₹500 pick up charge although We had almost ₹1500 petrol in the tank, but they did not consider to add it in security deposit. The person from which talked in the shop was driver and at the end was routing me to owner who is not listening anything.

I did not find them professional, just the people who wants to fetch money from customer, i had a little baby with rain at airport, eventually suffered unexpected events and additional money at last but om car rental don’t care!!

I chose this Car Rental Agency solely based on the Google Reviews and it turned out to be the best decision.

In the evening called them to inquire about the cars. Selected i20 for 4 days at 1200₹ per day. The deal included one original id proof and 2000₹ refundable deposit. Asked him to collect the car on last day from the Airport. He agreed at the charges of 500₹.

The car came at our hotel at the decided time next morning. The i20 had a little issue with accessing boot space. Asked them to provide other options. Selected Baleno over i20. The new car came within 15 minutes.

We enjoyed our 4 days travel in the Baleno. It was a smooth drive. On the last day driver came at the decided time to collect the car from Airport. He checked the car and refunded the deposit and id proof upfront without any arguments or unnecessary harassments.

Overall a good service and other Google Reviews seemed to be genuine. Owner seems to be genuine and positive. Had a very good experience without even visiting their shop.

I would definitely recommend this to others and gonna avail their service in future as well.

Perfect vehicle. They take guarantee for ur vehicle. Where ever u r they will provide u support. They made my 4 days in goa memorable. Thanks to ther service.

They provide car and fascino in good condition but have activa needs to repair. Only bad thing is they will not adjust according to u , they will just stick to their rules . But better than most atleast they dont scam like others do

They charge more than anyone and have multiple POC which creates more mess

Very rude and money minded people..

Problem 1) we asked i10 car for rent from 6th april (10pm) to 11th april (3pm). We said only 2 hrs left for 7th april and make it as 5 days...they also agreed..on the day of returning the car he forced us to pay for 6 days inspite of showing prebooking watsapp chat confirmation that clearly mentions date and time...

2)While dropping at airport the freelancer coming to get the car will try to loot some money. His choices will be petrol for reaching candolim. They gave petrol just above Empty but when returning back we gave at half tank...so he took other option by showing some random airport staff asking 500 rs fine for parking at departure...we fought with him then he returned the security deposit without any extra charges.

3) He won't say any details regarding the permit of vehicle...we planned a trip to gokarna also...karnataka checkpost police stopped took some money from us and informed car services...he called us and shouting like anything without any respect...The fault is with both sides here..in south india usually we don't need permit to travel between states...hence we were not aware...because of him we had loss of hotel bookings in gokarna and forced to return back...he showed its mentioned in bill( permitted in goa only) but he didn't give any bills or atleast a photo of bill while taking the car from airport.
4) Only good thing was car was in running condition and didn't make any issues...

We booked an i20 for 3 days. The service was very prompt and we got the car within 15 mins of booking. The car was in extremely good condition. We had a very smooth experience riding it around Goa. The rates were reasonable too. Much recommended for other travelers.

We hired i10 car for 4 days. The vendor was very fast in reacting and provided the card within an hour. Rates were pretty much reasonable and car provided was in good and top condition. Amazing service by Om Car rental services. Highly recommended for the ones coming to Calangute, Goa and want to hire a car.

Honest Review:
Purely Cheats, totally avoid taking any bike from these fraudsters. We took 3 fascino bikes in morning from the owner lady at this store, we spoke in advance for 4th bike and were going to take it in afternoon. When we went back, she totally went back on her word and asked us double the amount saying this is season time and (hence we can loot anyone at this time) with sheer arrogance.
The bike were filthy, helmets were unclean and attitude of owner was simply pathetic. We had to return all 3 bike with full petrol  on same day as we decide to not let her take anymore advantage of us.

There are 100 other places just walking distance from this place, go there but don't ruin your vacation vibe by taking any service from these folks.

I went to goa last week with my wife and my 2 kids. We had to travel to South Goa and best way of transport we thought was hiring a car. We saw this OM Car rentals near our resort (Marina Bay). People there were extremely welcoming. We took Baleno car rent for 3 days. Let me tell you the car was brand new and was well maintained and was in great condition. Service was excellent. Special thanks to Deepesh who was very friendly and nice. We had a great goa trip, thanks to OM car rental for being a part.

Highly recommended car rental in candolim. They are genuine guys. I had hassle free experience using their car rental service.

Amazing service, great owner, maintained bikes.

Fraud car rental with hidden charges. Airport charges wil be 500₹ and then at last moment they will charge extra from security saying that they need petrol to move car from airport to candolim. And because as a tourist you will be in hurry to go to airport they will not leave any option to pay extra for petrol.
Total fraud. Worth a consumer case against them.

I rented activa for 2 days and i20 for 2 days..both vehicles were in good condition. Asked them to collect the vehicle from airport and they allowed at the extra cost of 500 plus some fuel charge.. everything was hassle free and genuine
Overall recommended agency to hire the vehicles in Goa..

I used the services of Om Car Rental Candolim during the 3rd week of Dec 2020. The service provided was excellent, going the extra mile on providing the driver at good prices. The car provided was in very good condition and exactly as mentioned over the phone.

Decided to do a one month work from home in goa in december and I needed a vehicle for one month rental. With other rentals it was very costly and they were takingbtime to decide. Om car rental gave me a very economic cost for one month as the price of rent doubles after dec 23 till jan 2. He never hesitated to change the vehicle If it had some fault. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Yash who got me the car was very courteous. Car given to us was in good condition and was quite clean. Enjoyed our Goa trip in their I 20. I would recommend Om car rentals for Hassel free Goa vaccation.
