I was buying the watch from Goa shopper stop for 6 months, suddenly while using it, there was some problem, so I had to send the watch to Bangalore for service, but the service lasts for 1/2 month.

Instead, we used to get the good watch that we shopped in Bangalore and send it there for repair

Its a one stop to get brands under one roof. Clothing accessories perfumes bags shoes etc. love the place when there are offers. the only problem is their billing many counters but non functional, lost staff, staff in their own mood depends, its very frustrating

Bit disappointing experiences with shoppersstop Porvorim...
In first place, the stock isn't that new compared to shoppersstop Banglore.
The worst part is their staff & service.....
Inspite of multiple counters & loaded staff all counters aren't kept working in crowded situations. The staff seems clueless when asked about online purchase records, warrenty, services etc... They won't take any efforts in helping their customers. They be just good for getting the customers enrolled for membership... I regret purchasing few things from Shoppersstop Goa.
