Icecreammmmmmm.... Love Basking Robbins my personal favorite is blackcurrant. But don't forget to try the flavour of the month. I go to this place often its a small place but mostly take away the tub. The staff working at this place are very friendly always welcoming with a smile. If you are in or around Porvorim then this branch of Basking Robbins is highly recommended.

Like every other person , I went on 16th sept. The outlet obviously was crowded however no proper management of the crowd , people were cutting lines even the cashier was getting confused. Despite of standing in line people who came after me got it . Its a small place if you want a seated experience its not a great place to go otherwise it's good.

Only they should get more flavours in thier lineup, rest its good.

Ordered the three cheers chocolate ice cream through swiggy. The ice cream is supposed to be 450ml. But when i check the weight of it, it weighs just 300 ml.

shifted to the main Porvorim Sangolda Road from the RG Hospital place... staff generally at Baskin Robbins seem to be specially hired only if they have a terrible attitude. no different at this one... Hope someone in the management has the time to do a mystery audit and find out for themselves... Hopeless Staff but good ice cream, thankfully... 1 star for the staff as there is no option for zero star... 5 stars for the ice cream...

Disappointed with the service received at the Porvorim branch...asked for a taster and was refused ( due to COVID-19 agreed, however when i went few days ago i was given one, so i am confused) then went on to get 2 scoops of ice cream and was given just 1 saying 2 scoops is not possible...i am just shocked. I have been there a couple of times and never experienced such a terrible service. Never going to go back. The staff seemed not interested.
