Today I collected my spectacles with progressive lenses. The quality of vision is extremely good. Thanks to the proficient, efficient and courteous staff at Mapusa Showroom.

Provided best service and the office staff explained in details use of transition glasses and I have placed order for ziess photofusion x glasses.

Lawrence and mayo have always been the go to place for us to buy our contact lenses and glasses.
This time when we bought glasses (3 of them), we got such great offers. So because of these offers we got to pick some really pretty frames. We got a discount on one frame and another discount on the lens of another frame.
We also bought sunglasses and reading glasses. Pricing is very affordable and the wear is really comfortable.
The staff here are super helpful and friendly.
So if you need any frames or contact lenses get them from here at super offers which are going on now.

The staff at Lawrence & Mayo in Mapusa are excellent. I had to order a very specialized, high number prescription lens and the staff was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I hate ordering new glasses and they made the process pain-free! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Excellent staff and service. They even asked me to save my money by not going for new glasses, since I have cataract in both my eyes. They also helped me with my reading glasses which had gotten loose. As compared to L&M in Pune, this one in Goa is much better and the staff is very competent. highly recommended

I have purchased glasses from this store in the month of Feb 2022 costing Rs 6000/-. After that i went there for alligment two times till now. Since I went two times there the gentleman there said to me I don't know to handle the glasses so i had to come two times till now. I didnt tell him anything there but let me tell you'll now that this is my 6th or 7th glasses which i purchased first time from Lawrence and mayo n before this i had purchased from dangui n lenskart n i never had such issues nor the staff of other showrooms spoke like this to me anytime. I have changed my glasses wenever there was need of change in number like once in a year or twice in a year n never because of alligment.

I do not appreciate the way the person spoke to me infront of other customers. Hence I will never buy any spectacles from here not even someone gifts it to me. Train ur staff how to speak to customers

Another issue here is the technician is rarely available in this store and so i had to keep the glasses for four days for alligment or they had to send it to Panjim. Whereas other stores like dangui n lenskart will give u immediately. So bad service also .

Myself and my cousin Roland Pinto visited the Mapusa branch of Lawrence & Mayo for presentation lenses ... They have  varied options and were spoilt for choice .. we purchased our lenses and they were also able to get them fitted on my existing frame

Luis Ferrao and Francilla Fernandes, (Optometrist), of the L & M in Mapusa, Goa, are two of the people who I rely upon for their efficiency and honest advice; even telling me not to buy new eyeglasses at this time but to first schedule an appointment with a specialist for my double vision.
