“One of the most unprofessional and irresponsible labs I have ever come across. I paid ₹7,500 for my B12 and D3 tests, yet I never received my reports. Even after multiple follow-ups, the staff kept giving vague, misleading and non-genuine answers.
And after delaying for days, they casually told me to visit again and give a fresh blood sample — which is absolutely unacceptable and shows zero respect for a patient’s time, money and health.
Taking full payment and not delivering reports is nothing but exploitation. Extremely disappointed. I strongly DO NOT recommend this lab to anyone.”
And I will surely Report them in Court.

To say that I was surprised is to say nothing, medicine in India is excellent.

Nice hospital.
Staff is busy and tired, but friendly and helping. Doctors follow procedures and prescreptions are generally nice.
Differs from Russian medicine, where they do a lot more of analysis before treatment. It feels like they try to cover pathologies with medicals without analysis - it's cheaper, and have little of risks, so justified.
And for my Russian friend in reviews: as I get it - it's general approach to prescribe painkillers with ucler pills, so your stomach will work fine after treatment. I get same in other clinic, without vitamins tho.

(Writing based on personal experience) After searching frantically for an open hospital, finally we found this hospital which was open. One can trust this hospital to be open 24*7. The treatment was very good and fast too. Recommended.

Amazing Hospital especially Dr Vanita who was on Emergency duty, Dr Vanita had great knowledge of spinal problems.... she got CT scan done for me and treated my bad fall to perfection.... Hospital is lucky to have some one like her and they also have latest CT SCAN machine ... really impressive infrastructure. Ajay

Night duty doctor was really very good and professional doctor as we had stomach infection the doctor took very good care and its a multi speciality hospital and round the emergency ward is exactly opposite to the main building night 1 am we went to the hospital and returned well

Nice and clean hospital, the doctors, nurses and also the other staff are really kind.

They kept me outside operation theather  for 3 hours post operation & even did not bother to inform my family members about my condition very careless staff.

Was admitted in Vision Hospital for a fractured ankle in February. I was treated by Dr. Saiel Kumarjuvekar and have steadily recovered under his treatment, whom I highly recommend. Received excellent medical care during my stay at the hospital from Dr. Saiel and nurses.  The cleaning staff were also very prompt. I thank Dr. Saiel and everyone for being kind and caring during my recovery period at the hospital.

We had to pay 15,000 rupees (20,000 rubles) for the plate. The surgery was successful, the accommodations were excellent, everything was modern compared to hospitals in other parts of Russia. The medications were also good; my friend noted that he felt completely healthy on the second day after the surgery. In Russia, this effect occurs only after a week or two. Upon discharge, we were given a bunch of other medications to take with us. The only downside is that I wasn't fed even once during my two days in the hospital. That's weird.

Прилетели на отдых в Морджим. Друг неудачно упал, болело плечо. Связались со страховой в Ватсап по номеру, указанному в листовке, а также с гидом. Нам написал доктор Parmendar Singh (пишу на англ., чтобы случайно не исковеркать). Он является сопровождающим доктором, буфером между здешней больницей и туристами, объясняет все результаты анализов, диагнозы, мед.манипуляции на русском языке. Очень выручал! Спасибо ему! В итоге другу сделали операцию под общим наркозом с установкой пластины. Всю операцию, стационар и лекарства оплатила страховка. За пластину пришлось отдельно заплатить 15 000 рупий (20 000 рублей). Операция прошла успешно, условия прибывания отличные, кругом всё современное по сравнению с больницами в регионах России. И лекарства хорошие, друг отметил, что на второй день после операции он чувствовал себя совершенно здоровым. В России такой эффект наступает только через неделю-две. При выписке нам дали с собой еще кучу лекарств. Единственный минус - за 2 суток стационара ни разу не кормили. Это странно.

Приехал с подозрением на перелом пальца ноги. Оперативно сделали рентген (600руп). Медсестры сразу сказал что перелома нет, но нужно дождаться врача. Ждал час врача. В итоге - перелома нет, поменьше ходите (950ру). И выписал таблетки. Вот тут уж конечно... Диклофенак с парацетамолом понятно, это ок. Но Бад (Читай витаминки за 350руп) и лекарство при язвенной болезни!!! (100руп). это конечно перебор.
И назначил посещение повторное через неделю чтоб сменить повязку.
Видимо ещё тысячу хочет.
