You can find good quality branded clothes over here with wide variety to choose from but one of the cons is; with high quality comes high price. So clothes are really expensive over here. I found western clothes to be on better side as compared to traditionals.

I had a bad experience at the billing counter. N this was not the first time. When there is a crowd, i usually understand but even when there were hardly any customers, the wait time was long and someone else was prioritised over me though i was waiting in queue for a long time (just 1 customer was ahead of me, there was noone behind me ). Prefer to visit some other branch instead. Bicholim branch service is very good comparatively.

No queue system, apparently it's wherever you stand. The staff don't care who is in queue, they just take people who ever break in. Very rude staff, they don't care about who is on queue or not, I have visited max stores all over India and even overseas, no store is as disorganised as this one. The manager needs to be pulled up and train his staff.

Very disorganised at the billing counter. Customers were not following the queue and rushing to the counter from both sides. When I spoke to the store manager - Anirudh, he did not even bother to fix the problem. Pathetic Customer service.

- Collections here is quite good for everyone..
- latest trendy wear, Men's,  ladies and kids collections available..

I’m very happy with the store has one best staff who guided us through shopping explained the offers . She was professional and her name I think tabita.

Quite an impressive fashion collection. Would love it if any food court is nearby. The outside space is spacious. And the indoors are good only.

Nice complex  and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Specially Mayuri guided us very well.

I was in hurry, had to return 2 items, where others did not acknowledge my problem, Siya really put extra efforts and she kept me posted, great response by her.

Visited the Max store in Mapusa recently. Unfortunately, the experience at the billing counter was very disappointing.

*The staff members were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills.* Their communication was discourteous and dismissive.

This kind of behavior towards customers is unacceptable. Staff at the billing counter represent the store, and they need proper training on how to interact respectfully and professionally with customers.

I hope management addresses this issue. Until the customer service improves significantly, especially at checkout, I cannot recommend this location."

Very bad. No cloth selection. Same stock always. Pls improve Max

I use to buy clothes from max the day it started in this location. Now yesterday I spent 2300/- and yet they ask to pay for carry bag.
Secondly lately since 2024 the quality of the clothes are so cheap doesn't match the price. The lack variety in fashion and some cheap stuff they are selling with high tags. After one wash you can see the difference.. I am disappointed in max and it was my last to shop from max... Spending more then 5-6k here at once yet they don't respect the customer to give you a bag Or sell quality products.

Good range of clothes...parking is a big problem...

But don't know when will our Retail Giants will come out of the mentality of saving energy at the cost of Customer inconvenience.
It was hot and humid inside the store.
The climate outside was fantastic.
Ohh lastly...The products are amazing & worth visiting this place...

Did shopping for 2195 inr did not get bill when asked over the counter it's over 2 hours no sms yet .  .customer should get bill if he asks over the counter ....how much paper will u save .

Max. It's been almost 1 year since it opened. As much as it looks from outside, it is equally beautiful from inside.There is also a door that opens and closes automatically and the most important thing is that it is two storeyed.
