Well it's mostly a different range from the other Bata showrooms in Goa. This showroom has some mumbai type style and models of shoes and sandals. Good customer service

Very disappointed with the shopping experience. The sales staff showed zero interest in assisting customers and behaved with a rude attitude, lacking basic courtesy. They didn’t even know how to talk properly. For a reputed brand like Bata, such poor customer service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

I was made to stand for 15 mins today in the evening . There was only one sales girl and one sales boy.  The girl had absolutely no interest in showing me what I wanted.  When I asked her to get size 6 she simply replied no didn't even check in store .

Very bad experience. The cashier didn't give the shoe at the discounted rate. He added a shoe brush saying its free and charged me for it. Added some paper bags that I never got and maintained the bill at costing price and didn't give me at a discounted rate. Very bad service.
