I stayed in Goa for two months and was lucky enough to find Joseph and his facility. The facility contains everything you need for full body strength training: squat rack, deadlift platform, 10+20kg barbells, plentiful plates, and pull up bar with an assistance band. But it isn't the equipment that is the most valuable part of Strength Drive, it's Joseph's guided training. Having worked with other trainers in the past year, I can say without reservation that no one equipped me more to move serious weight safely than Joseph did. His knowledge of cues, biomechanics, leverage, and adapting them to people's needs is special. Strength is an essential part of fitness and helps reinforce bone density as well as quality of life throughout old age. I encourage everyone that has the willingness to improve this aspect of their lives to engage with Joseph, who is a wonderful human being as well to boot. - Thanks, Joseph!
