A music nerds dream come true, really nice service  and you can get a wide variety of pedals for shaping your tone and enhancing the performance of your instrument. I've been a customer for over 2 years now, I've never faced any trouble or any defect with my purchases. The staff is polite and helpful. The staff can also guide you with your purchases. These guys have made it easy for musicians in India to have gear which was not possible in the last decade.

Finally a place in India where you can buy everything related to pedalboards. They have a huge range of products including pedals and guitar accessories. The pricing is reasonable, the customer support is good, they keep you updated and the shipping and delivery experience has been great. Everything I have brought from them was very nicely packaged.

Customer service doesnt get better than this, I made ton of order changes and took advice on stuff very gentle and friendly behaviour. The variety for the gear they have is unrivaled.

I've ordered a few times on their website. Every time I ordered something, there has been no information or update from them regarding the delivery. You don't even know when or if the product us arriving or not. The guy named Rishi on their support number tells that he'll update you but never gets back. Some products have been delivered after almost an year after me placing the order. Worst support from them!

I cannot explain how supportive the team have been when I was struggling to make a decision on proper selection. I have always purchased effect pedals and most recently, a multi fx (Headrush MX5) unit from here. Items are always well packaged in addition to their original boxes and shipped using a reputable company, and gets to my location within a week.
