Horrible experience for me. I ordered their Christmas special Turkey and Wellington which they advertise every year. Thinking that they are experienced in the business I trusted them to do a good job. Both items were 70% raw. The turkey was burnt on the outside with potato bhaji filling inside. It is my mistake ordering from them when I don’t even go to shop at Magsons kadamba as it is always stinking with their meat section. Just grateful that we didn’t get any food poisoning with the little that we ate. We gave it to the street dogs not even to our pet dog

The over weight person in the counter is very rude and has lot of attitude he acts has if he is the boss over there. He doesn’t care about customers satisfaction.
I would suggest magsons to tell your employees to keep their attitude at home and come for work.

Sad story is it has worst customer interaction. Today I visited the store
There was an item white chia seeds marked 50% discount. First of all their system did not ring in the discount, I was billed full amount and I paid it. Later, I realised that and then, when I inform the cashier of their mistake,  he was so rude, he told me that he cannot refund the amount and I have to buy something else at this moment. I felt literally offended, but calmly replied to him that it was not my mistake and I need the refund In whatever way you can provide me. eventually, he provided me with the cash and I had to Gpay him the change difference.

The disgusting part is when I was almost about to exit the store. One cashier was telling the other to go and remove the label (nikaal ke fek do) from the shelf, which stated the 50% discount.

So for a company that is listed and allows the cashier to take decisions related to pricing of the products, I think it is going nowhere. Also, the staff and the cashiers were not decent, educated to handle clients with respect and care. I am probably never going back to the store.

Good place to buy your daily need items. Grocery, dairy products, cold cuts, toiletries etc. Staff always ready to help you in your shopping.  Also good discount on offer.Plenty of parking.

I'm talking about the new outlet opened in old Goa the staff is not friendly UN experienced and the biggest cheaters the cell products like cold meets with labels removed my family cell ill after eating this. This place is not worth going and is better to go to porvorim at delfino for all their products are fresh.

7/7/2024 which is Sunday . I had gone to buy slice bread packet . When I had open the packet to eat bread it  was not fresh , I went back to return the packet, they told no still open the packet in front of them to show after that also they were not replacing it later the manager came and he pushed me an started give me badwords . I have taken the video of it . Please look into the matter

IVR still promotes home delivery when u call .I contacted the same number and person said no home delivery .....nice service magson ...time to move on to another supermarket Vendor .....🙏🙏🙏🙏
