Very bad experience, had gone asking for a particular model which wasn't available at store. They said they'll get the model and call me which they did. On the day I went to collect they told me they sold it to someone else and try to sell me a different variant.

I wish I could rate this a big fat ZERO! This place is completely unprofessional and don’t know what customer care and support actually means. I was sold an Apple AirPods (old version) for a the same price as new version when I had clearly asked for the new version AirPods. After buying them they stopped working as soon as I opened the box to use them. When I went to the store to place a complaint I was not entertained and was told to go to the customer service in South Goa. After going there they informed me that the AirPods that was sold to me was out of warranty and that it was aldready opened before in 2022. Went back to the store and was not respected as costumer level. I spoke to Mr David Shivray (Area Manger) who was completely rude and disrespectful. He didn’t have know how to talk to the customer. He kept on giving solutions that were not even favourable to the customer. All of this has been going on for the last few days and it’s been really bad! I urge for an immediate refund! I also need the company to take immediate action on Mr David Shivray who’s been completely unprofessional. I hope to get a response and a phone number that I can talk to rather then an email. This is a complete SCAM AND FRAUD. The store manger knows what has exactly happened and knows that the item
that was given to me is as good as a DEAD PIECE! I need action to be taken immediately with regards to this matter and the unprofessional and incompetent management of Mr David.

Was really amazed by the services of sangeeta..I had gifted a phone to my girlfriend!!! The employees have the best communication skills very friendly and kind...plz do visit to get the best phone sellers store in Panjim❤️

Sadly, I can't give zero stars for this place. I went there today to return a product that stopped working after two months of purchase. First the staff said I need to drop the product there and I will hear from them when they have a replacement. After half an hour the staff asked me to collect my product and the I will need to follow up with Sangeeta mobiles online. Next, he told me to follow up with the product service centre, JBL. The staff then gave me the wrong address for JBL. All in all, three hours spent with nothing done but me walking around a lot on a sunny day.
Just a heads up, don't buy anything from here or from Sangeeta mobiles. It's the worst company there is.

Worst place to buy anything. Smart watch was purchased along with Mobile phone but within 2 months watch stopped functioning.
When approached to them with warranty card they refused to replace or repair saying that box required.  Really pathetic service.  Warranty card itself says that there is warranty of 1 year then what is point in asking box. Who keeps the box after purchasing any product.  Every one keeps warranty card

Good service and good handling best offer giving me in panjim store

Worst place to buy phones. I bought an S22 ultra from here, 6 months later the screen got damaged on it's own. They took 3 weeks to repair it and when I asked for extended warranty, they said they don't have, when Samsung actually provides it within 10 months of purchase. Some scam these people are running at Sangeetha mobiles, because the phone does not show up in Samsung websites to opt for extended warranty through any other dealer also.
