A young lady (Sabba) helped me out, and she was incredibly helpful She guided me patiently, offered great suggestions, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for classy, well-made suits with excellent service.

As a long-time customer who has always associated Louis Philippe with class, service, and refined retail experiences, my recent visit was, quite frankly, disappointing and uncharacteristic of the brand.

From the outset, the staff displayed a lack of enthusiasm and hesitation in assisting with basic requests like checking size availability and colour options. This indifference was surprising, especially for a brand that prides itself on curated service and customer attention.

What made the experience truly disheartening was what followed. Despite exchanging items worth ₹6,000 and making fresh purchases amounting to nearly ₹18,000, I was denied the promotional sale gifts. The reasoning? The bill was split across two cards. This justification not only felt arbitrary but also completely diluted the spirit of the sale and goodwill associated with it.

It wasn’t about the gift—it was about the attitude. The staff’s dismissive tone and unwillingness to value a genuine customer’s concern made the entire experience feel transactional, even mockery-like. For a brand that stands for elegance and trust, this was a sharp departure from what one expects.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and the team is sensitized to uphold the service standards Louis Philippe is known for. After all, luxury is not just about the product—it’s about how a customer feels while buying it.

I had a good experience. Vishal helped me to identify the right fit and colour match for me. He also got my apparel delivered to my hotel after alteration. I never intended to shop except for one shirt and pants but landed up buying 3 shirts and 3 pants.

Louis Philippe and Blackberrys have earned a special place in my heart, not just for their premium clothing but also for the exceptional service they provide.

The management at this store is truly commendable, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Their alteration service, which they offer as part of their customer policy, is seamless and efficient. My favourite brand since 7 years. I was a blackberry user since college. Shifted to LP purely due to its fit and quality. I would recommend this store as compared to buying from pantaloons or other outlets as they have more collection here and ample of collection. Its on the main road just next to Bank of Baroda HS Road.

This outlet has ground floor and upper level. The stairs to the upper level are on your left as you enter.. The shoes and jeans, T-shirts and casuals are on ground floor. The suits, blazers and coats are on the upper level..
