Rooms are fine. The hotel is situated in a good location, close to the Immaculate Conception Church and within walking distance of some restaurants. This is definitely a budget-friendly option, which is great for travelers looking to save some money.

One of the worst hotel i have stayed in my entire life so far!!. 1 star is just for the fountainhas location , else it deserves 0. From A to Z evrything is scam !! DONT FALL PREY looking at the good , clean n neat room pictures & Affordable price in the booking websites.
While check-in, They tell u 1800 , where as in agoda & other booking site it shows 1300.. later the receptionist will ask us to talk to the hotel manager J D AZAD. The manager lies saying in booking sites its showing available rooms, whereas in property all rooms are booked.. but will give u a room if u pay 1500..

Inspite of being 200 rupees loss, still we agreed coz we wanted to take good pics at fountainhas.. But once we checked in,the room was a disappointment

● Electrial socket of the room key holder is BROKEN & u can die touching it very risky
● Room entrance door lock is not lockable which is a main defect, U cant lock door & go out to roam
● Lift is out of service, u need to carry all luggage by urself & climb the steps
● 1 tubelight works , Fan doesn't work, Ac has no remote
● Cockroches crawls all over the bed & stinky bath towels
● Hot water not available
● Washroom lights doesnt on ..some lose connection with the power
● Receptionist/Caretaker looks suspicious , he handovers the room keys & runs like a theif (No Receptionist sits in the entrance reception desk)
● HAUNTING & negetive vibes from the room

WE CHECKED OUT OF THE HOTEL same day in just 3 HOURS.. just thinking about our safety, we dint bother about the money we wasted
All the 5star REVIEWS are fake

PS: It claims as fab express paradise in, but its a OYO flagship board, The hotel earns from OYO & FABEXPRESS as well which is illegal..

FAB express dont dare to give a copy paste reply saying we are sorry n all ! Pls find the defects & maintain the property u know it coz the reviews n ratings says it all

" They are Scammers" don't book this hotel ever.

1. They will take money and would not return ...  I filled the tank , i returned the key before checkout , they said the  petrol tank was not properly closed . Hence , they will take the advance ₹1000 for petrol.

It is also known as "  immaculate inn"...
Don't fall for the lucrative price offers.

Very bad environment.. rooms having cockroaches... No painting, feels like an horrible stay... No wifi, no tv connection... Extremely worse and worst hotel in panjim City... Also the owner of the hotel has no courtesy to speak to the guests... Horrible...!!! Can't give a single star rating also... Not at all with for a Rs.1000 room as well...

I have experienced worst ever service in my whole life.

Rooms are full with alot of cockroaches and they don't even care.

Asked end number of times for water bottle they never came to give it.

No phone available in the room to contact reception.

This was by far the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room was infested with cockroaches, insects, and who knows what else. The walls were damp and smelled of mold. The bed was crawling with bugs. The service was atrocious, and the lobby was littered with moldy mattresses, pillows, and garbage.

Warning! Please do not stay here!!!!

What a nightmare this hotel is. Infested with cockroaches, no proper bedding, malfunctioning electrical appliances. And whatever you do, do not go to the top floor, as you might be told to get RO water from here. Its like entering a post apocalyptic wasteland inhabited by rats and god knows what reptiles along with all the garbage the hotel has.
Truly the worst hotel I have had the misfortune of staying in. In retrospect, should have really took the hint when a couple were asking refund at the reception.

First of all it’s NOT fabexpress, it’s “OYO” flagship paradise inn. 😖

Only good point is location because of Fontainhas street starts there.

Rooms were “pathetic”, bed-sheet was not clean-it has many dirty spots, walls were so badly tanned, toilet similar to public one, electrical switches were damaged (dangerous if you have kids with you), not all electrical things are working.
VERY POORLY maintained property you will ever see 😣😣

Also they don’t provide toiletries & towels.
Boy charged us extra for luggage carrying in-out.

In few words, “property was not less than any haunted house, very difficult to stay for 1 night”

We literally checked out in 2 hours 😣

Hotel in such a good location though experienced the worst nightmare of all times. There are cockroachs crawling around and staff doesn't even care to inform that pest control was carried out s day prior of our arrival.
Would never recommend to visit this place jss because staff is so careless and so irresponsible with their behaviour towards the guests.

Very bad smell, no water, rooms is very dirty.
We were not able to stay even for 2-3 hrs

I mean ..  Just Look at the photos! Yes I got electric shock while my stay here and of course coackroaches cheered me up from this nightmare , plus the sewage blossom of the room made me check out within 3 hours! kudos to fabexpress team what a stay wohoooo!!

This property in the prime location but when it comes to service and cleaning worst. I was not able to stay for even couple of hours due to odor smell. I have checked out within the 5 hours of stay. Water was stopped in the night

Excellent place, Service beyond compare. Never been to any hotel which offers a better, or even comparabe, ambience or service. Treats you like a VIP. Have never been dissapointed. Gets better every time

I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional services, delectable food, attentive staff, and effective management. It's a place where you can relax, indulge in fantastic cuisine, and be treated with the utmost care and hospitality.

The worst experience in my life, the image in the address is 10 years old and when you visit this place you will find the property is not maintained since 10 year and you landed in the rotten room, all bedsheet, curtains,pillo were smelling very bad, the room was already occupied by cockroaches.

I had a fantastic stay at FabExpress Paradise Inn III. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Panaji, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay.

The night receptionist Shivam needs some customer relation tips on how to talk to their customers who are staying in the hotel. He was arrogant and when I asked for the owners number, he asked me to speak to the morning receptionist. Very unprofessional of him. He wasn't accepting the ID proof shown on the Digilocker which is a Govt. Recognised App. He needs a lot of training to be honest. The owner of the hotel need to read this and share necessary feedback. Thank you.

I spent my 2 days there and had the best experience in the hotel .staffs are really very friendly,rooms are so spacious with that manager are so respectful in talking
... I would really recommend this hotel for vacation

Cocroches are running on the bed.
Towels provided are smelly

The room service was quite good. Rooms was clean it was so nice to see. I'm surprised with location didn't expect that beautiful view.
