I recently visited the Airtel office in Panjim to inquire about the Airtel router, and Neelima assisted me. She was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how attentive she was — she patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed information with genuine generosity. She focuses on one person at a time, which made the conversation smooth and comfortable. Overall, her service was excellent, and she helped me understand a lot more about Airtel’s offerings.

I wanted a sim card for a month. They said they don‘t offer this for tourists. What a SCAM: they sent me to the shop across the street which ripped me off big time!!!! I have done a sim card at an official airtel shop in india before. Why don‘t they do it? Go to another city, another shop. Never pay more than 500 INR for a plan/month.

Neha is very helpful and professional.  Her friendly and expert service helped to put my phone back in order.  We always receive great service at the Panjim store.

I needed a new sim card connection urgently so I visited this store.... When I came there I was today prepaid sim card are out of stock so it will take 3-4 days to restock. I said ok I'll Will wait, now after few days when I went there again same thing was intimated. Since I needed new connection urgently I took postpaid sim and now I am really disappointed to see charges after 15days. Executive their told me that 300rs will be charged now and further no charges will be taken from me, I can take calls and use data.
Now when I downloaded the bill through airtel app they charged me with RENTAL CHARGES + 18%gst.
I think I have hardly done 10 calls and used data less than 500mb in these 15days and total I have paid 600rs for new connection LoL😂

Beware guys if they say they are out of stock for prepaid sim you will be looted. Instead go to market small mobile shop also sells new prepaid sim cards.

Extremely disappointing experience with the Airtel Store in Panjim. We had applied for activation of 2 SIM cards in September and 1 SIM card in October, and even after 2 months, the activation has still not been completed. Every time we follow up, we are asked for new letters and documents, making the entire process unnecessarily slow and frustrating.

The staff at the Panjim showroom are unresponsive and unprofessional — they don’t answer calls and show no sense of responsibility towards resolving customer issues.

My experience with Airtel Fibernet in Goa has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. As someone who expected reliable service from one of India's largest network providers, Airtel has failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

I opted for Airtel Fibernet hoping for superior technology and service compared to local providers. However, within just 17 days of installation, I have faced internet outages totaling around 6 days. On two separate occasions, I endured lengthy periods without internet access, each lasting an average of 3 days. This inconsistency is unacceptable and has severely disrupted my routine.

Despite my numerous complaints through their customer service hotline and two personal visits to their outlet, Airtel has shown a complete lack of empathy and urgency in resolving my issues. The customer service experience has been characterized by a blame game where no one takes responsibility for the service disruptions or the poor installation experience.

Speaking of installation, Airtel's refusal to accommodate the conceal wiring system provided by the builder led to an installation that brought rainwater directly into my kitchen through the window. Despite raising this issue at their outlet, no action has been taken to rectify the situation, forcing me to hire private help to fix the problem.

Having been a loyal Airtel customer for over a decade in Pune, this experience has been a stark contrast to the service standards I had come to expect. The indifferent attitude of the staff and the lack of resolution to basic installation and service issues have convinced me to switch to another network provider.

Despite having paid upfront for 6 months of service, I find myself contemplating switching to an alternate provider after less than a month into the plan. It is clear that Airtel has failed to deliver on its promises, and I caution others against falling for their service in Goa. It has been a regrettable decision that I would not want others to make.

In conclusion, based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing Airtel Fibernet in Goa. The service quality, customer care, and overall experience have been severely lacking, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and seeking better alternatives elsewhere.

They do not sell anymore prepaid sim card, it taxes 30 min to get approval, bring your passport with. They send you to Shop nearby, They do it. Cost 2000 INR

Doesn't know how to talk to the customer disrespectful supervisor someone called Karishma as i was having problem with my sim card getting overheating and when I told her about the problem her response was like it's a normal issue we can't do anything.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Airtel Store in Mapusa, Goa. I traveled over 200 km on 31st March to fix an issue with my business number, which is extremely important. Although I submitted all the required documents, Ms. Sonal Makwana was not cooperative or polite.

After I left, she didn’t answer a single call, and my issue remained unresolved for 7 days. I had to travel again — a total of 400 km — just to get things done. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.

Thankfully, Ms. Harshada Sawant later helped me. She was understanding, responsive, and handled everything smoothly. I truly appreciate her support.

Airtel should really take note of such behavior by staff like Sonal Makwana, or they risk losing loyal customers.

They have no stock of Airtel prepaid sims! I was informed I can buy postpaid only as prepaid sims are out of stock. Interestingly I saw mobile shops nearby selling prepaid sims. Why the hell you are opening your store daily if you don't even have sims available with you . Disappointing experience

I waited more than 1 hour to buy a new sim card. That lady was telling request for my sim card was getting rejected by the system.then l asked why, they didnt even know the reason. Im from Sri Lanka and I wanted buy a tourist sim card. They were even not aware how fill that application, which detail comes where. Wasted my time.

Customer care not friendly have wait for some time to be attended to

I've had the pleasure of experiencing EXCEPTIONAL assistance from staff at this store, especially a gentleman named DEVA.  He painstackingly helped with my problem and went out of his way to provide a service . People such as him make our city a better home for people like us.
