This Jio store in Siolim is a fraud! I went to the store at 7:30 pm today and found it locked although the lights inside were on. After waiting for a while, I asked the shopkeeper next door if he knew where the staff were. According to him, the staff regularly lock the door at around 7 pm (although official timings are 10 pm) and go home. But, they keep the lights on inside the store and the shutters up to fool customers that the store is still working. The shopkeeper has been instructed to tell customers that the Jio staff had some ‘pressing personal work to attend to’. I met another customer outside who said this has happened to him thrice in a month and he has been trying to get a SIM card for his father. I hope Jio will take some action and remedy this situation. This is a joke otherwise! Attaching photos of the store for reference.

Worst store. Workers there don't know what they are doing. New sim stopped working next day, had to replace it 3 times paying 50 ruppes each time. Even then it stopped working. Wasted around Rs 500 on sim cards and a plan and couldn't even use it for a day.

Decided to switch to Airtel after terrible experience with this store and Jio.

The staff are so helpfull ,they have given thare best to resolve my issue

No warranties provided as they will refuse to replace or repair of you got little scratch or something as the product is still under warranty

They are simply lazy and horrible. They open and close as and when they feel like. They straight up make you feel like they are really not interested to help you.
