Had the car wheel alignment and balancing done here, and the experience was good. They did the alignment and balancing correctly.

*BAD EXPERIENCE ALERT 🚨*

Just got my car serviced at this shop in Noida Extension, and I'm still fuming! 😡 They quoted me 8500 for the basic service package, but the final bill was a whopping 14000! The owner promised discounts, but it was all talk. They didn't keep their word and charged me a hefty amount. To make matters worse, my car's half job is still pending! 🙄

*BEWARE! 🚨* Don't fall prey to their tactics. I won't recommend this shop to anyone in Noida Extension. It's a big fraud! 😤

Very unprofessional way of handling my car, got my windshield cracked while getting the shock absorbers replaced, the mechanic used hamner to knock the bolt out of calltop which resulted in this i got only compensated for the labor work which was done today. The original mirror costs is 4800 and they are not even bearing half of the costs. Not taking responsibility will suggest everyone to go at your own risks I have uploaded both the photos of before and after the incident

Pradeep is a total fraud, i took my car for spark plug clean and just for cleaning he need 500 rs.  Normally it would cost 100-200. He started arguing. My bad that i didnt finalized the price initially. So avoid this center.

At first I was very confused to get my car repaired or not but after their service work and denting painting. I am very satisfied.

Too Much Expensive. Charging 1000 for Castrol Car Shampoo which is available for 289 on Amazon…… Car service is ok but charging too Much….

Pathetic is the right word for them. Over expensive and they don’t know how to talk to customer.

Highly Not Recommended to visit them.

Variety of services one can available at single point, very polite & knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

All the works for all types of Cars/ Jeeps are done wonderfully which gives full satisfaction. I am getting my car serviced and repair works since last 4 years and on the basis of the above I have given my observations. Not only that the rates are also reasonable.

They just want money if you are visiting for a small issue and these people convert this in a big issue and will charge 20 time extra.
In my last visit the fault was a bolt and they ask me Rs 1500 for change the bolt, and same bolt was changed in Rs. 150 only from other machanic.

Service is outstanding.. Staffs are cordial, supportive and experts.. Price is also less in comparative to others.. Recommended

Not a premium service at all as they claim to be ..... My car got service a week before it got heated on the way and I need to get it repaired in Dwarka while with family it was so disturbing

For this kind of service I Have paid 6000 rs which can be done in 3 to 4 k elsewhere... Never trust anyone and listen to your inner self before getting it done by them

When I dictated all this situation to NCR wheels owner he simply refused to accept the negligence and blamed on car itself .... I replaced my Coolant by paying 800rs to the other service center over and above of good 6000 rs as service which was topped up with water in the service and since then no issues reported

It was just an amazing experience.. Thoroughly professional services with a personal touch. I was almost thinking to sell off my car because some other service center has done some pathetic work. But Apna Garage has done a brilliant work that too in a reasonably lower cost.. its been almost 5 months .. and i haven't faced a single problem after their repair. Thank You so much

Final product was different from what was promised...I am not at all happy with the services. I started facing few more problems after the service along with the ongoing problems for which i initially took my car there. Prices are high and end product is not statisfying. They will take you to a test drive and will tell you n number of problems. But i am not sure if they know how to fix it ...as I did not see things fixed. Please give second thought before visiting them.
One thing i am really happy for is the behaviour of the owner, he will treat you really well....

Don’t know the reason why they got so much positive reviews. My car's scheduled service was due and I visited this place after seeing reviews but it was my huge mistake. I wish I hadn't been there for service. A part from the scheduled service, there was only one problem with my car which was water inside car floor. Pawan attended me over there and quickly shared the price without even inspecting. The worst part was, owner of this garage wasn't aware about the prices of the part and he was asking the attendant to share the price. I request all of you who read this comment please save your money as well as your car and don’t go there. I'm not sure why they received so many favourable reviews. My car's scheduled service was due, and I went here after reading the reviews, but it was a major mistake. I wish I hadn't been there. Aside from the planned servicing, my car had only one problem: water inside the car floor. Pawan attended me there and instantly shared the price without even looking. Worse, the owner of this garage was unaware of the prices of the parts and was asking the attendant to share the cost. They charged 8500/- for car servicing but performed nothing and did something fishy with the engine (which is now very noisy) and 14000/- for water leakage (to repair leakage problem the labour charges for dashboard installation were 2000/- additional).  Also, did not specify what they changed to address the leakage issue.

After service, I was testing the pickup and speed on the highway, and it's not crossing 140 at RPM 4, and they've also replaced my screen with a damaged one, which Pawan (the attendant) denies, at the time of dashboard uninstallation, Pawan clearly said "Achha hua Sir aap jaldi le aaye nahi to screen bhi kharab ho jati".

I request all of you who read this comment please save your money as well as your car and don't go there.

They are perhaps the most genuine garage in the vicinity, I have been using them for sometime now and I visit them when we would have at least 25 garages on the way because they stay honest and don't try to make money in your bad times and will also caution you if something that they made to work will have to go wrong at some time in future. I have had referrals who went to other places and then visited them and told that the issue was fixed with finesse without changing some big part as advised by others.
