I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Nainital Momos. They had advertised a special offer price, which caught my attention, so I decided to place an order. The order was accepted, and the payment went through successfully. However, to my shock and frustration, the restaurant cancelled the order without any prior intimation or explanation. There was no communication from their end—no call, no message, nothing to inform me why the order was cancelled after being accepted. I was left completely in the dark, waiting for food that never arrived. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially for a food business that’s trying to attract and retain customers. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any restaurant. Such negligence not only wastes the customer’s time but also breaks trust. I hope they take serious steps to improve their service because this kind of behavior will drive customers away, no matter how good the food might be.
