Before visiting to this service centre, I went at the authorised Bose Service centre at Nehru Place, Delhi but they totally refused to repair my Bose Wave music system and their customer deal was disgusting.. I was very much disappointed from them..But after this, I went at Mr.Parashar"s centre which is located at Sector 46, Gurgaon..I met up with all my expectations & my music system is now working perfectly👌👌 He is a genuine guy & put his best efforts in satisfying the customer..!!

I came to know about Mr Parasher on web search for high end systems, as I was facing issues with my Nakamichi Audio system. He identified the problem immediately and showed me which component was defective. He advised me to wait for the components rather than sell the system. He got the component imported and replaced the same and my system was same as original in 10 days time. I had shown the same to company service center and they had flatly refused citing it as it is an old model and components not available. Hence I was very satisfied and happy with the service provided. I found Mr Parasher as a very experienced and competent with high level of knowledge about high end systems.   and The charges, were very reasonable.
I have recommended him to others and they have all been very satisfied.

I never expected such a genuine experience with Mr.Pareshar. Actually he returned the money even after a year from the service taken from him. The money was retuned by him immediately as the system having the same problem happened after some months. As soon as it reaches his concern he returned the service cost paid to him. Parashar is a Gentleman and an expert!

I had given my Bose media console to him when I ran into trouble with it. He came and took it and after a week gave it back all fixed. He also gave me a warning "this may not work for long as the mother board needs replacement."  He charged me Rs 8,500. And exactly like he said a moth later same issue cropped up again. Parashar took it back saying it's still under warranty and he will try to fix it. After trying and realising this is beyond repair, I told him I will collect the system back and sent the driver. When the driver got the system back he was also carrying an envelope with Rs 8,200 inside! Parashar returned the money he took a month ago without me expecting it back or asking for it. I called him and he told me since the system didn't work he doesnt want the money! How many people will do these kind of gentlemanly acts? Not too many! Parashar is not only an expert in hometheatres he is also an thorough gentleman. Thank you Parashar, I will only be very happy to recommend your name to more!

The owner is very kind... You don't need to follow up becuz they will update you even if you don't call or text .. got our amplifier repaired and restored to its original settings... Best work done ontime at very reasonable price..great job done by Mr. parashar. Highly recommended for avr system services.

My zeppelin speaker from B & W started giving me trouble after many years as it’s firmware had got outdated and it was not connecting to WiFi.  i had just moved to igurgaon from overseas and could not locate an official service centre of B & W in india. since i had got so used to the sound of this speaker that i as keen to get it fixed particularly since the only snag was the firmware.  i luckily came across Mr Parashar and his company in GG. He asked me to leave it with him and persisted and obtained the necessary IC Card and updated new firmware and basically fixed it.  He is a true professional and i really liked the quality in him of not giving up on my repair even though it was minor for him as he was busy with other large projects. that is tge mark of a true professional. very knowledgeable, humble and great person.  i would unhesitatingly recommend his services for any speaker and sound related matter ! thank you Mr Parashar !

A very good shop to get your Audio system rectified. My Bose acoustimass which the Bose service centre said will take 16k for rectification, the same thing was rectified for 6k by these guys.. Very professional and maintain good relations with the customer.
