Absolutely Do not make the mistake of purchasing anything from them. They are the biggest frauds. They will take advance payment from you then do not deliver anything for a month. They will stop picking your calls after taking payment from you. Even if your ACs get delivered there is no guarantee they will be new, they are such frauds that they send OLD ACs after you call them 100s of time. They can even send different models instead of what you order and then will later say that you ordered this only. They will steal the installation kits from the ACs and say for the price you will not get installation kits included. God only knows how even they are authorised dealer of daikin. There license should have been cancelled long ago.

Pathetic service. Take full amount in advance and then their manager stops picking phone and never supply in time. I am sad i did not read these reviews before placing the order. 😔

Hi,
Please stay away from making any Daikin AC purchase from this dealer across all his locations. You will be lucky if he delivers AC's after taking full payment.
I have paid for 5AC's over 3weeks back and they had promised next day delivery of the AC's. Now when upon follow up they pickup call once in a while and respond postponing the date of the delivery by 1 or 2 days citing issues at Daikin end.  Please do not believe anything they say when they make the sale as it will be a bunch of lies. In case you still want to buy Daikin AC's please go to a better dealer and avoid this store of M-Square and all other stores of M-Square including the Havells and other products they deal in. They are only known for the goon like behaviour and complete disregard to the money you paid and time you put in to visit the store repeatedly for the AC's. They will not refund any money that you have paid as well. Hope you a good day. Thank you.

Horrible experience of buying the AC from these guys. Daikin Sacs are good bit their service staff is very unprofessional. First of all they take their own sweet time to deliver AC. It was send via Porter and the expectation was that I will get it moved from the Van to the apartment lift. Cherry on cake were the installation folks. I missed their call and called back in 5 mins. Apparently it was too late and he refused to do the installation and said that he will come some other day. Even during installation, which was fully paid in advance they came up with ways to extort you. They said they need normal electric wire which I didn’t have. He said he will charge extra which I agreed but was surprised when he charged me 600 rupees for 12 meter wire. They were just removing an existing AC and replacing with a new one…can’t imagine why they needed this much of wire and i am not sure which wire is that expensive. Calls to the shop folks including the owner Manish Jain went unanswered. I am sure he is a very busy guy to care for customers.

This is definitely one dealer to avoid.

Booked 5 ACs with full advance.  8 weeks later only 3 delivered with multiple follow-ups.  Balance amount refunded through post-dated cheques with great difficulty.  Seems like the dealer is using customer's money for other purposes.  Daikin should cancel the dealership

The worst service and fraud owner. Purchased 7 ac out of which 1 ac sent was different. upon telling them to change or refund for the product its been 1 month. Mr Manish Jain the owner of M square and he doesn't care about the client problem just keeps on delaying it. 1 Month have been passed and no solution has been made. finally had to go consumer forum for help.
Should be blacklisted by Daikin

Late delivery, unprofessional responce, overcharging for parts, multiple follow ups over calls and msgs. Choose other dealer

ALERT FRAUD PEOPLE . Purchased 4 AC. Out of which 2 ACs were old in the sealed pack. When I asked them to send new they stated harassing and stop taking my calls. With great difficulty I got refund of one Ac and that too only 3/4 of the cost. Out of other 3 ACs one is old which came in sealed pack and the other one stopped working after using it for 1 week. Please don’t buy AC from these FRAUDS. They sell old ACs in sealed pack. Owner Mr Jain is a VERY VERY  rude person.SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED ASAP

Actually dakin doesn't deserve any star. Very poor service authorized dealer M square & customer care service also. There is no response regarding any complaint. Every time Manish Jain owner of M square make me fool my ac not wokring from last 6 month. I want nobody belive M Square they are froud & dont recommend Daikin ac .

Pathetic Service. First Service of AC's is due and for 4 days Owner's staff saying - Technician aaj bejta hu, kal bhejta hu. Owner least interested in Service. They are only interested in Sales.

NEVER BUY AC FROM HERE! AC WAS DEFECTIVE AND IT TOOK AGES FOR THEM TO SEND SOMEONE TO FIX. AFTER ONE YEAR AGAIN COOLING/GAS PROBLEM AND AFTER WAITING AND CALLING FOR 2 WEEKS STILL NO RESPONSE.

Extremely poor service; no commitment to timelines; Absolutely unreliable as a AC provider. Should be blacklisted by Daikin.

horrible experience, delayed installation and behavioral issues

Poor Service, I purchased 14 Daikin Ac, Very Bad Delivery Service i got all my ac after 30 days & after Installation more than 5 ac not installed properly water leakage issue came, then M Square Owner Manish Jain not giving my ac solution more than 6 month still my ac not working, my suggestion pls don't take daikin ac & daikin service also poor

Google kindly allow us to give NO Star also. They don't deserve even one, how they are operating in Gurgaon, God knows.

They delivery the products as on promised time without delay 🙏
