Very unprofessional. We hired them for my sister’s wedding photography. It has been 7 months since the wedding and we still have not received photos and videos. My sister and her husband had to literally contact them everyday to follow up. Most of the time Naresh didn’t pick up the call , other times he made excuses for not delivering timely.
My father visited their studio only to always find it locked.

Don’t book them if you want the photos and videos of your wedding , because they will not be able to deliver.
The 5 star reviews are not genuine.
They seem to have bought it to improve their rating.

FRAUD PHOTOGRAPHERS, POLICE FIR AGAINST THEM

We hired these so called "photographers" for our wedding in Dec 2023. Now after 7 months in July 2024, I can only say that they are nothing but FRAUDS, LIERS and UNPROFESSIONALS. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY. Don't trust "5-star" ratings, they are all fake just to improve their overall rating on internet.
We did everything right with them, we even paid full amount upfront. Right after the wedding, they started making excuses every week why they are unable to send us pictures and videos. Few weeks after they stopped picking up our calls and replying to our Whatsapp messages. They are a bunch of shameless people who lie to us continuously and make excuses one after he other for not delivering our content. My family tried contacting them too but they either do not pick up the call or cancel the meetings at the last minute.
As a final resort, we are going to POLICE for placing a FIR against these people for breaching the contract and running away with our money without delivering the content we were promised. We are really really EXHAUSTED and ANGRY with their doomed behaviour!! I really hope couples do not hire these frauds for their special day, because they will ruin your experience and they do not deserve work!!

Unprofessional, dishonest, and WAY behind schedule.

Green Apple Studio Bhiwani and their founders, Mr. Naresh Pongal and Mr. Rakesh Pongal, were the photographers in our wedding in December 2023 in Bhiwani. Almost six months after the wedding (June 9, 2024), we still have not received the full material (edited pictures, a short video, and a long video).

During the wedding, our interactions with the team were positive. They took care to take lots of photos of us and our guests. Five days after the wedding, we were overjoyed to receive a small selection of around 40 pictures. At that point, we had no idea about the torment that would follow. As per the contract we signed, the pictures would be delivered 40-45 days after the wedding, and the videos 90-95 days after the wedding.
When we followed up about the status around six weeks (45 days) after the wedding, Naresh told us that all pictures and videos were ready, and after some final processing, they would send them to us. Since then, we are trying to get our pictures and videos, without success.

We've spend dozens of hours trying to get in contact with the Studio Green Apple team. They do not value your time, the emotions you have about your wedding, and the contract they will give you. They lie to your face about when you will receive the pictures. You, your loved ones, and your family and friends will have to wait forever to receive your precious wedding memories. In the first months after your wedding, you will be stressed tracking down the photographers and getting your pictures.

Do not use Studio Green Apple!

3. They always promise that everything will arrive "tonight or tomorrow at the latest", but then they become unreachable for weeks

We've spend dozens of hours trying to get in contact with the Studio Green Apple team. We even went to the office in person several times.  They lie to your face about when you will receive the pictures. You, your loved ones, and your family and friends will have to wait forever to receive your precious wedding memories. In the months after your wedding, you will be stressed tracking down the photographers and getting your pictures. Do not use Studio Green Apple and instead go with someone who is trustworthy.

Beware:- The most unprofessional team: I did the mistake of choosing this studio for my marriage photography even after their feedback prior to the booking......
It was in April  2019, I am writing this comment on 15th June 2020 .. I wanted to list down some of the issue (I faced multiple issues but trying to put some of them)...

1.  They did not even give me 6 photos required for my marriage certificate
2. They gave the album after 11 Months.
3. They misplaced almost half of my marriage video clips and photos.
4. I am still waiting for the final video
5. They are not even picking up the call.
6. They are ignoring all the WhatsApp messages.

As I mentioned earlier these are just some of the issues out of a long list ...
I am approaching a legal advisor to get the advice on this as they spoiled my money and time...
Now even my relatives think that I am not interested in showing them the video so studio  is spoiling the social image too...

Only Well maintained park Bhiwani City . Located in the center of the Bhiwani. Easy to approach, No parking issue. Lush green lawns, different types of  big trees and music fountains another feather in its Cap.  All in all its worth visiting here.

It's brilliant, I love it but little expensive.

It is a good option for wedding photography
