I’ve been staying in one of the fully furnished studio apartments at Satya Element One (Sector 49) for a while now—perfect for couples who crave convenience without the chaos of daily city life. The apartments (~670 sq ft) come with a kitchenette, living/dining space, a bathroom, and even a small balcony—ideal for two!  ￼

👫 Couple‑Friendly Vibe

Compact yet well‑designed interiors give you just enough privacy and comfort. Since most people here are working couples or solo professionals, the atmosphere is mature and chilled. Great for quiet evenings in, but still handy to step out when you feel like a date night.

🍽 Food & Lifestyle at Your Doorstep

This property is part high‑street retail, part serviced apartments, so there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and even a food court right on the premises—super convenient for impromptu dinners. Shops like Burger King, Starbucks, Haldiram’s are just a few steps away. Next door is Arcadia Market, filled with eateries, local joints and quick‑bite options.  ￼

Made a booking in night, called the hotel, no one was available, no caretaker no manager, worst property, this property should be immediately be removed from all listing platforms, as there is no hotel names with right name and they have just occupied few rooms in certain floors. That too seems like a big sham

But the owner was not picking up the call as I faced issue while check in

Visited during afternoon for haldiram visit which is a great dineout place BUT no other good shops to visit, so there isn't anything else other than bakery shop and Haldiram.
Maybe this place is still developing but not recommended to plan out a shopping like visit.

But when i called in the morning some guy picked
And he was very arrogant and cutting calls
Like 10 times
I have stayed here earlier also and dealt with chandani
No problem at all ever
But this guy who picled the chandanis number or may be office nmbr
Wow he was dam arrogant and shouting on me
Shouting on custumer is this your hospitality

Amazing place very peaceful and you have plenty of eateries around. The only thing is that the Satya element one mall has very few shops.

Culture Cove Studio at One Element

Last week, I had a booking at the Culture Clove studio and arrived there at 12:15 PM. The host (Ms. Chandani) kept me waiting for 2 hours before showing me the apartment. When I checked in at 2:15 PM, room issues (smell, fridge) & unsecured new room and password of room lock was known to host (Ms. Chandani) and staff also.

Left 2-star rating on MakeMyTrip due to awful stay at Culture Clove.

A few days later I got text from host for removing the rating from the make my trip and offers me a discount for future stay and offers me a refund of my booking amount, I denied the same, then host pressured and harassed me to remove bad rating at make trip and not to book the property again.

Everything is good The satya element has maintained its name for years..this was my 2nd stay and it feels comfortable...

It's newly opened nice place with good location only thing is beer to get operational full I am sure soon would operational with good choices of brands hoping all choice at one place this is one of the best location for sector 47 and 49 located on main road next to red light good option for corporate too .

Still waiting to be fully functional.At present only Starbucks, Haldiram,Firstcry,Archies,Cut and Style.Underground parking not available so u have to park outside the building in open.

This is a upcoming market in Gurgaon near Good earth market. It is in two parts one is complete food court and other across the road is for retail outlets.

Its nice place for stay with city view and lots of cafes and shops on the lower floors

Best place for me to stay every time but they need to fix the entrance and service road

Nice place but bike parking not available for delivery boy (zomato swiggy etc.)

Good mall Stuff are nice and courtesy but not clean like another mall

From pin to plane... Found almost everything for Diwali shopping.
