Defender event is well organised by AMP Motors, really enjoyed!

Loved the cars off course who doesn't love a jaguar be it any color. The hospitality of the people here is simply amazing. Went there for an official meeting was surprised to see this is the corporate office of AMP motors and has got sitting of over 50 people in the basement. And the cars simply take ur breath away.

Worst in terms of customer service. I would rate them poorest of the poor- even toyota and tata are providing me with better customer service - so you can understand how poor they have been. Please if you are giving car for service (i gave range rover evoque)- capture photos and video record everything beforehand. I noted that my battery cover was missing after 25 days of service- informed service team to find for it. Instead of finding i was told that we service many cars of politicians and bureaucrats (idk if they were threatening me with that- my father is a politician too but i never bring these things on table). Laxmi ji told me i have kept the battery cover myself- what i would do with a battery cover? In total 6 screws and a battery cover on right hand side was missing and i have attached pictures for the same.
I had to get the part no matter the cost- visited them after taking appointment and they said it will take 30’minutes. Now it has been 2 hours and they are not even providing the part. God save from such scams. I was planning to buy Defender - will shift to Toyota. Please check your car before and after delivery - don’t trust and get fooled.

I had given my car to AMP Motors (Back in 2023) for an insurance claim. I clearly asked them to replace the damaged part, and they agreed. They told me it would take 10 days, and everything seemed fine back then.

But recently, when I tried to sell my car, I found out they never replaced the part, they just painted over it. This was completely wrong and dishonest. If I had found this out earlier, I would have definitely taken legal action.

Very disappointed with AMP Motors and their unethical behaviour.

They provide clear communication, keep you updated, and ensure the final bill matches the estimate.

I will definitely buy a Defender one day, it's my dream.✍️🤗
