The Motorola service center doesn't attend to customers even when the staff is sitting idle Instead, they're told to wait This kind of service is unacceptable. It's shameful for Motorola. If only one staff member is attending to all the customers, then what's the point of having multiple counters?

​I recently had to visit the Motorola Exclusive Service Center at Cell Point in Gurugram for a relatively straightforward issue—my phone's battery was draining quickly and needed a replacement under warranty. I'm settling on a 3-star rating because the experience was ultimately mixed. The staff at the service counter were genuinely polite and efficient at logging my complaint and providing a job sheet. They handled the initial process with professionalism, which I definitely appreciated.
​However, the speed of the service was where things broke down. I was given an estimate of 3 to 4 working days for the repair, but the final turnaround was closer to a full week. The technicians apparently didn't have the specific battery model in stock, which caused a significant, uncommunicated delay. I had to proactively call the center twice to follow up, only then learning about the part shortage.
​While the phone is now perfectly repaired and running great, the overall experience was frustrating due to the poor service timeline management. They get the job done right, but be prepared for potential delays and plan to stay on top of the communication yourself. If they improved their inventory and update system, this would easily be a 5-star location.

This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. My Motorola Edge 60 Fusion suddenly developed screen lines after a software update, clearly a manufacturing or software defect. When I went to the service center, they outright refused warranty repair, blaming a few scratches, which was caused by a cheap mobile cover tbh. This phone is only 3 months old, and having scratches does NOT void warranty. This is nothing but an excuse to avoid responsibility. Motorola’s service is pathetic, dishonest, and completely anti-customer. I regret buying this phone and will never buy or recommend Motorola again. Giving them one star rating because the system doesn’t allow minus ratings.”

I went to the Motorola service center with my phone and shockingly they didn’t even give me a receipt or slip at the time of submission. Now, when I asked for my phone back, they are telling me —
“Affidavit banwa ke lao.”

Seriously?
Phone mera, bill mere paas, registered mobile number mere paas —
and still I have to get an affidavit just to take MY OWN device back?

Is this a service center or a government office from 1980?

Staff behavior is totally unprofessional and careless.
No communication, no responsibility, no system — bas excuse aur attitude.

If this is how Motorola handles customers, then I regret trusting this brand.
This will be the first and last time I ever buy anything from Motorola.

Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
Agar aapka time aur mental peace valuable hai, toh Motorola se door hi raho.

Worst Service Experience Ever 🤬🤬
Today I visited in this Motorola Service Centre For minor issue regarding speaker or mic during call time of my phone.
They listen issue in genuine way and after 20-25 minutes they told me that I will take 5-6 days for repair because they have shortage of parts....Bhai Saheb jab itna Chhota issue ke itna time lagega and apke pas parts hii nahi hai toh kis baat kiii service centre hoo aappp....

Very bad experience, i have battery drainage issue, I also explained them with battery management gallery, my battery only Last for 3 hrs with 100 percentage of charge, but they told me to submit the phone for 2 days. I don't have a backup phone I request them for to repair it in same day but they denied.

The staff was adamt on following the so called process. Only after arguing for 10 mins. they agreed to look at the phone

They are fraud. They don’t format your mobile in front of you and say they will format. After some time later they will call you and ask for password on urgent basis. They are scammers.

Very very worst service centre. If you visit the service center, they ask you to leave your phone on center for 10to15 days for a simple repair they only waste time of customers

Extremely poor experience at the Motorola service center. Staff behavior is unprofessional and they overcharge without a proper price list. For a Motorola Edge 50 Fusion folder replacement, they quoted ₹8000, whereas the Rewari service center quoted ₹7500. No consistency in pricing. They also said it would take 7 days for the repair. Not recommended at all.

Hi everyone, It's closed on Sunday, rest of the days it is open. According to my review it is superb my phone's motherboard got dead and it's under warranty, they will take only 1 day for repair and it's repaired. The behaviour of staff members is polite and they listen, understand my problem... thank you motorola 🩵...The location is perfect according to maps

It's been 1 hour but they are not even checking what is the issue in the mobile phone.

They are totally useless people they are playing and learning with our new expensive phones...my exp.. phone ki screen thik krwane diya ab flash nhi chal rha h plus camera mai v doubt h.. suggestion is try to fix from outside.

Quoting 60% the phones cost for screen, and additional for parts replacement that themselves are working fine.. net about 80% of phones cost.. scammers

The service centre is located opposite to raj cinemas. Shop name is Instant Solutions.
My experience was good in the service centre, My phone was under warranty and they excepted it even though i had come in the last day

Good experience, helpful and friendly team in the office, had my work done flawlessly, P.S. The people on reception are awesome.
