I visited the Realme service center to get my Air Buds repaired. The staff was polite and cooperative. They checked the issue properly and provided good support. Overall, I am satisfied with the service

I had an excellent experience at the authorized service centre. I want to especially appreciate Sagar Chauhan for his outstanding behaviour and support. He helped me with the replacement of my Realme earbuds and handled everything very smoothly. His polite attitude, quick response, and professionalism made the whole process hassle-free.

Extremely rude staff. No basic courtesy of listening to the customer. The male staff was very rude and standoffish. Did not care to explain what the issue with the phone is.

Customer service is good I got my screen replaced free of cost in warranty within 4 hours.

I had a problem with my earbuds the mic was not working properly. I went to this service center. Executives behavior is good and professional. They tested it and replaced it with in a couple of days and they gave me an upgraded version.. 10 on 10.

While the technician was polite and professional, the male receptionist’s arrogance was unbearable. A simple request for a charger was met with hostility, as if I’d asked for something that belonged to him personally

Worst service center, there staff is very rude, uneducated, will not be transparent about service. First asked me 2500 for battery change previously asking 2300. But at the end when they give me invoice it was only 1900. Which is true price.
Will deny service even in warranty. They will ask your password and then connect phone with laptop and will ask you to move aside. So that they can do data transfer and can steal your data.

Be careful with your data 🚫🚫🚨

Not recommend at all if possible I could have given 0 zero. Third class service experience guys please don't visit to this store better get your phone repaired to any local shop they will ask you visit and then will keep vague point to charge you so high without any logic and ask you to replace those parts which don't even needed.

I visited for removal of demo mode from my realme gt neo 2 phone and they confirmed it over the call tht it will be removed in 2-3 hrs later they denied mentioning that they r not even sure either it could be done or not.

Total bullshit experience would not recommend at all to anyone.

I recently visited the Realme service center to address charging and power button issues on my phone. During my initial visit last week, the engineer diagnosed the problem and suggested replacing the main frame, including the charging sub-board and power button, for an estimated cost of around ₹1800. I was informed that the parts would need to be ordered and that it would take approximately one week for them to arrive. I was told I would be contacted once the parts were in stock. Notably, on this initial visit, the phone was not opened or physically inspected.

However, upon returning to the service center today, which happened to be Realme Service Day (held on the 3rd Saturday of each month, offering free labor and service charges), I was given a significantly higher quote of ₹4500 for the same repairs. This substantial price increase raises serious concerns about the center's pricing practices and transparency, especially considering the day's promotional offers. It appears that the increased cost is due to the addition of unnecessary parts, such as a phone sub-board, contactor, and battery, which were not mentioned in the initial assessment. The inconsistency in the quoted price and the apparent addition of parts to inflate the cost are unacceptable and give the impression of either unprofessionalism or an attempt to exploit customers on a day when labor and service charges are waived. Furthermore, on this second visit, the phone was not opened or inspected either, making the price discrepancy even more questionable. The staff's behavior was also a significant issue. While some staff members were polite and helpful, others displayed rude behavior and lacked basic communication skills, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. Due to the misleading and unreliable pricing, coupled with the poor customer service, I would not recommend this service center to anyone. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and the lack of clear communication regarding the cost of repairs.
