I previously had good experience with Amydus. My last purchase is delayed too much and the response provided by them is not satisfactory. I asked to cancel and refund the amount which they are not ready to do. Please do needful.

Yes that’s true they don’t refund the money and it is written easy refunds, refund is in the form of coupon .Once your money gets stuck up you are forced to buy something becoz you won’t get the amount. Cost of products too high and their customer care very poor.Their delivery system is very slow and becomes more slow if you are exchanging something.No proper update given while exchanging and one keeps on calling their customer care ,no body is even bothered to pick up the call.Because of above experience I have given 1 star.
Otherwise some of their collections are very unique and high quality ie Velvet kurtas, maxi dress, tummy tucker pants.

The most horrible shopping experience i had purchased a jacket and returned it since it wasnt as i expected it to be before i moved countries.  So arranged for a reverse pickup agreed to pay 100 bucks which would be deducted for the return and then they tell me that they can issue only a coupon for the amount and no refund. I wont be traveling back to India for a few years and they expect me to purchase since its non expiring coupon.  Given there are such few platforms to buy plus sized clothes this one outright looting their customer base is outright outrageous.  Highly disappointed. Wont recommend to anyone ever.

I am just here to comment about the thing which you are promoting in ads. What is 3XL to 9XL ??? No problem if you are selling such big cloths but even ask your customer to reduce some weight. Be fit. Obesity is a huge problem all over world. I am not body shaming anyone. Yes there are some factor because of which some people gain weight lot more quick then normal that doesn't mean other should accept obesity and buy 4 5 6 XL cloths.

Cost is high when it is compared to the quality of cloth. Return policy is horrible. We can just replace the item from given limited collections. No way to get our money back if there is an issue with  the dress. I am carrying and after returning the dress I bought I had to purchase from limited available collections even if my requirement was different. Totally disappointed.

Horrible experience with Amydus !!! Had ordered 4 items from amydus, 2 kurties, one dress and 1 bottomwear. The colour of kurties and dress were faded and the fabric was poor quality. The bottomwear couldn't fit me. I asked for return of these items and got a terrible experience of customer service. Since 2 days tried contacting them through mail and phone and when finally when i got someone on call, they said i cannot return these were on sale. I said ok atleast exchange the size for me but they refused to even let me exchange the size. What kind of horrible policy is this. Now I have 4 pieces of garmets of very high cost which i may be never be able to use. Such a waste of money and again i m saying this, horrible customer support.

Worst ever. Got the bell bottom pants. The length is so long, that if i get it altered the bell bottom look will go & if i wear it just like that, the look is really bad.

Waste of money. Never ever buy their products. Really bad customer service + really bad product as well

This is Kalpita from Mumbai and I have found one good brand that fits me perfectly. Amydus is one place where you get dresses exactly as per their website. The quality is awesome & sometimes they come up with great deals. Only one thing that bottom specially tummy tuck pants are little expensive & never found deals on them. But I am replacing my clothes and filling my wardrobe completely with Amydus. Thanks. It's great value for money.

Great collection for plus size I found. The fabric, fitting and styles are superb. Simply I Love ❤ Amydus collection.

Bought a long formal skirt for myself (5'6", 93kg). Was confused with size so took a fresh measurement and then placed the order. Luckily, the size of the dress, quality of material (stretchable and thick) and comfort all are great! However, haven't yet washed and seen the quality consistency. CAUTION: There is no hook above the (side) chain to support it, hence, be careful to choose a comfortable size. Chain is solid otherwise and won't slide down on sitting, bending etc. Also, little upset with price because printed price is only Rs. 1,999/- on the package but website had marked it up to Rs. 2,499/- + 59/- shipping. Also, there was a substantial delay in dispatch and delivery considering that they are availing BlueDart services. No communication was sent for 2 days till after the order. Hope these things are addressed in future.

Biggest fraudster of Delhi ... Don't buy anyting from this amydus they will going to loot u instead of u r selected item they will send u another product after they will say we don't do refund please be aware dr this fraudsters ... They are the biggest fraudster ........with the folded hands guys I request u don't buy anything....

One of the worst Company I had ordered  4xl they had sent me 2xl when I called to customer care they are saying return policy is not applicable in this items so I request please don't buy anything from this amydus they are fraud they are doing cheating with the customers....  With the folded hands I am requesting u do not buy anything...  Boycott amydus...

very poor service. Even after a week, my order hasn't been dispatched. It's still in their factory. Such a slow service. I just want to inform people about it

Good designs, still can be better when it comes to denims , otherwise brilliant from customer support to product quality and designs in general.
