Don't come to this place, they will make your problem more big

Pathetic service . I have visited the service centre on 01 March,2025, Saturday at 1300 hrs. My phone's display was broken . They have charged me Rs. 4000. When I have asked for the bill, they said system has some error and the bill cannot be generated at that moment. They will provide me bill later on. Later at the same day they have repaired my phone and I have collected it from centre. On 4 th of March , Tuesday , they sent me the bill on which the date written was 03 March .Also , they have charged me labour cost on that bill inspite that I have visited on Saturday in which labour charge is free. When I complained about this to one of their staff Mr. Sunil, he replied carelessly that he would adjust this amount on my next visit. This is very unprofessional behaviour and I feel cheated.

Went there with brandel new infinix phone as wifi didint work. They took 1 hr to understand the issue. The photo was replaced after 7 days. Had to go again to center and forgot the receipt. They denied giving the phone and had to quarrel for an hour
Worthless brand as flipkart doesn't do anything and service centre people are lazy. Don't know how an out of box phone  is not working

I have recently going service centre for my infinix zero 30 5g. Display not on problem..they told me the motherboard issue can't solve....but actually he not my check phone... After a day I will go normal shopkeeper mobile repairing and he will check they found the battery wires are broken and phone is all ok only service centre used spare parts on your mobile not are repair

My Infinix Note 30 5G Camera's problem solved perfectly within 1 week by Arif.

Worst service centre I have ever visited.
Carlcare offers 100% off on service charge on Saturday, but when I visited here, he asked me 350₹ and said me to either give the charge or he will not repair the phone.
The price that I checked on carlcare app was ₹778 for battery, buy he is saying for ₹1300.
I showed him the proof on app, on that he said me to get the phone repaired from app, or any other shop, he won't repair it without ₹1650. And he had the battery in store, still he ask me to leave the phone for 3-4 days and get back again to take that.

I will strongly advice not to go there, any local shop will be much better.

Very very baad service please dont visit any one on this service center my mobile was in warranty . i visit service center they check my mobile said that yourcharging jack is damage . they ask me to give 700 rs rupee for charging jack after that they told me that your charging cable is damage so this will be also change charge will be 150 rs for cable after 30 min of cable and charging jack my phone was not charging and having same issue before i was facing. Then they told me that in your phone some internal problem . so you have to drop your mobile here for atleast 1 week .i request every one please don't visit at service center

I was at the Service center and instantly they fixed my Laptop issue without any further delay very nice and good staff and his name was Aarif Alam whole staff is very nice and friendly.

My first experience was so bad at the service centre due to unprofessional behaviour which includes abusive language, physical gesture and they even can ready to fight over any issue .The staf person named Arif is made my first experience at service center bad due to same behaviour which I have mentioned above  .

They behave very badly with customers, I recomend first not to by any chineese mobile like Infinix and tecno mobile. Because they have given service tender to this worst service center Carlcare, where you will get nothing in response, they will not behave properly and will charge you unnecessary charges inspite your phone is in warranty.
The way they behave with customers in such a way that all are poor and have no manner how to talk. All engineers are third class seems like uneducated people who have just taken training from any mobile repair shops and now doing job there.
The word they speak unprofessional and always be rude with customers.
Very very very bad service.
I would like to suggest Infinix and techno mobile to withdraw tender from this service center else company is going to suffer a lot due to his service center, once a customer who buyed a mobile phone of these companies and went to service center for any help they will not help and the customer is not going to buy the product of these companies in future and also they will not suggest others to buy as well.

Everyone was demanding huge amount of money for my laptop reapair ,when i got to know about this service centre through web
They fix my laptop within half an hour with nominal charges,staff behavior is also good

First of all it take me 10 min to find it because the shop is in basement and there is no board at 1st or 2nd floor that is visible to walking people on road so i suggest to hang a flex board or whatever to visible from road and overall its good when i tell its urgent they took it urgently overall satisfied!

The service was really good and to be honest I didn't accept this type of service from this place. They easily changed my tws without asking too many questions and also called me to collect the replacement the next day.

My phone screen was not working properly , so I went there , the behaviour of staff was very good and they speak very politely. Change my screen without any cost . So it's very nice for me.
