My experience at Cyberport Communications was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I had gone there for a laptop repair, expecting fair pricing and decent service. Instead, the technician quoted an unreasonably high amount for a replacement part nearly 1.5 times the market price, while the same part was available online for almost 2/3 of their quoted cost.

When I pointed this out, instead of addressing the concern, the owner’s response was shockingly rude and dismissive. Rather than offering a reasonable explanation or solution, he behaved in a hostile manner, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

To make matters worse, I was charged ₹500 as “labour charges” for something as trivial as opening just six screws on the laptop. Such practices clearly indicate exploitative intent rather than genuine service.

The overall attitude of the owner was impolite, arrogant, and money minded, with no regard for professionalism or respect towards customers. It felt less like a service centre and more like a place focused purely on squeezing money out of unsuspecting clients.
I would strongly advise against visiting Cyberport Communications.

Very good infrastructure. The owner, Mr Akshay Jain, solved my problem in less than 4 hours. The staff of the shop is also quite polite and fixed the problem well. My laptop is working perfectly now. Highly recommended, kudos to Cyberport Communication.

They have been helpful and prompt in the past but my recent laptop problem couldn't be solved over four days. Some time was wasted, some time was extensively spent on finding the problem. Overall they are above average, but polite and okay to deal with. Owner is helpful.
Ps. My laptop was packed and returned but some areas were not packed properly which i noticed only later. Devil in detail is missing.

Exceptional Service by Cyberport Communications, Repaired my Lenovo Laptop (Motherboard) which has denied by several other vendors in Gurgaon only. Strongly Recommended...

Worst service and people ever. They ask for 1800 Rs for just a laptop fan and  then they destroy your old part saying that it was thrown to garbage as who will ask for old part (I mean who they are to decide this that a customer will ask for their laptop old parts ).

After this too they don't have any courtesy to say sorry for there unprofessional behaviour. I was shocked seeing there behaviour after you paid them.

Highly disappointed. Not at all recommended for anything.

I had my Macbook keyboard replaced after some liquid damage. Apple was charging 25k INR and I got it replaced here for 10k and that too on the same day. Highly recommended for any laptop repair.

This morning i was at Cyberport CommunicationS. I was pretty certain if they were going to fix it at all.
Handed the man my computer and after two days Needless to say ,
I wanted to leap over the counter and give him a biggest bear hug i cud. My computer is my life.
I will not hesitate to go to this store for repair or any other reason.They are friendly, helpful w/o being over bearing and the store is bright, clean and well organised.

ALL RATE IS HIGH AS PER THE MARKET. I WILL NOT SUGGESTED TO PURCHASED HERE

Suddenly my charger got a spark then it was not working. Then, I bought an HP laptop charger on call. he sent me the low-price charger at a high rate.
