This company turned out to be completely untrustworthy, especially Saurabh and Ravi. They made multiple false commitments and failed to deliver on any of them. For a loan, they referred me to a person named Aman, who kept delaying the process. Because of these delays, the builder charged me heavy interest.

I ended up paying around 2 lakhs in interest, and the builder also denied giving benefits worth nearly 8 lakhs. In total, I lost close to 10 lakhs due to their lack of professionalism and accountability. To make things worse, they later denied all the commitments they had made initially.

I strongly advise others not to trust or deal with this company.

Unprofessional Service and Lack of Support from Prominent-Realty (Saurav Yadav)

I am compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Prominent-Realty, specifically Saurav Yadav. His unprofessional conduct and complete lack of support post-sales have caused me significant distress and financial loss.

I had entrusted Mr. Yadav with two properties in Gurgaon, expecting a professional and reliable service. However, all I received were false promises and fake commitments. It became evident that his only concern was securing his brokerage fee, with no regard for providing the promised service.

As of now, both properties have been terminated, leaving me under a substantial financial burden. The lack of respect for my time and the financial implications of this experience have been deeply disappointing.

I urge potential clients to reconsider before engaging with Prominent-Realty and Mr. Saurav Yadav. The service provided is far from satisfactory, and the post-sales support is virtually non-existent.

EDIT: Take a close look at the reviews, see attached— it’s obvious that many of them are fake. The same individual appears to have posted multiple 5-star ratings using different accounts. This is highly misleading and unethical. Shame on you, Prominent Realty, for resorting to such tactics.
