purchased a wheelchair from Non-Stop Mobility India around 10th–11th November, and to date I have not received the warranty card. The wheelchair initially arrived damaged, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution.

Mr. Amit Gupta from the Gurugram store has not been responding, and the warranty card has still not been provided.

For a product this expensive, this level of service is extremely disappointing. I expect this to be resolved immediately.
