Great Service.. I went for hair color.. The hair stylist did a great job in colouring my hair plus styling.. My husbnd got his beard done but got a slight cut on his cheeks hence giving 4 stars..  And the salon needs a bit more cleanliness.. Otherwise the staff was very warm nd polite and the hair color done was really good.. They made sure to give full coverage to my grey hairs..

Very disappointing experience at Creative Salon, Sector 14 Gurgaon. My friend got nail extensions done here, and they started coming off within just 3 days. When we went back to politely raise the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the staff and owner were extremely rude and disrespectful.

The owner shouted at us and behaved in a very aggressive manner. We were a group of girls, and the way he treated us was honestly intimidating and uncomfortable. Instead of taking responsibility for poor service, they chose to misbehave with customers.

We will definitely not be visiting again. I would strongly advise other girls to think twice before going here. Customer service and basic courtesy manner just as much as the service itself sadly, both were missing.

My friend had a very disappointing experience at this salon. She got nail extensions done, and within just 2–3 days, the nails started falling off, which clearly shows poor quality of service and application.

When she reached out to address the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the owner was extremely rude and started yelling. This behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate.

Good customer service is just as important as good technical work, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. Would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Really disappointed with the services provided at the salon. On 6th Feb, 2026 I took nail extension services and after 2 days the extensions on my index finger and middle finger fell off. In next few days, another 2 fingers nails again fell off. We went to salon to provide a feedback and asked very polietly for the solution and lastly, asked for refund.However, firstly the lady working in salon argued with me and my friend and when we asked to call the owner, he also talked very rudely. The behaviour was very pathetic and the services they provided didn’t even last for a week. Also, they charged Rs 2300 which is again not a nominal amount. The reason they provided is that they don’t refund for cosmetic service. Also, they didn’t give any compensation or other services and top of it the owner yelled at me. His conduct was very unproffesional and inappropriate. Will not recommend this salon to anyone, please don’t waste your money.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at your saloon. My wife got nail extensions done and was charged an exorbitant amount for subpar quality. The products used felt cheap and the application was sloppy. When I pointed out the issues, I was met with indifference. Very poor customer service.

I expect better quality and transparency in pricing. Hope you take necessary actions to rectify.

The service that my friend received was- nail extensions and usually nail extensions stay till minimum 1 month but they only stayed for 3-4 days and when my friend visited to complaint about the same the owner not only refused to refund or give the half refund but also he behaved very rude.

my wife went there for spa first of all they charged the spa high but the product they are using are not at all worthy highly unskilled staff they use very pinch of spa not at all cover the hairs fully while my wife tell them to do proper hair massage start making faces to another staff . lastly upr lips with wax the girl with small height and lean body structure don't even know how to put and peel it end result cause excessive redness .the owner kindly guide the staff they are worst add on to your staff

I had to wait outside the salon for 20 mins in this freezing cold only to go back home because the manager stopped picking up my calls since he was sleeping

I thought it must be initial immflamation, but I am still struggling with this issue after a month, and following up with a medical guide.

Their DTan is costlier than Geetanjali Saloon.
Aur services bhi trustworthy nhi hai, sometimes they can apply any product without showing it to you.
Not recommended at all.
Staff is very un professional too apart from 1or 2.

This has been the worst experience of my life. I went to get my eyebrows done. They made me look like a racoon. Different shapes, eyebrows threaded till there was a thin line left and starting points are at completely different heights for two eyes. I had never written a bad review about any salon but they just crossed all boundaries. Even after doing the worst, they had audacity to backtalk. WORST PLACE EVER.
