The owner does not give you proper instructions of policy.
At the end of 3 months he will ask you for addition 1500 rupees to pick the machine from your place.
Which was not informed before.
Now the machine costs me 10,200 + 1800= 12000.

Whereas his competitors were renting the machine only for 10,500.

To save 300 bucks I have made loss of another 1500.

InHouseGym is offering one of the best services in equipment rental. I'm using there one of the treadmill on rent and the it's totally working fine and the quality is also too good. Definitely it's recommended to everyone.

Excellent machines and service. After 6 months usage i had a minor fault with my treadmill, it took one quick call (a human answering no automated machines) and one day to get it fixed at 0 cost. Two of my referrals have also taken treadmill and cycle from them and are equally satisfied. Highly recommended. #Stayfit.

I recently rented a treadmill from InhouseGym and I must say, the entire process was incredibly smooth. The technician who came to my home to set up the equipment was knowledgeable and professional, and had everything up and running in no time.

Fitness is really important to us and we should contact leads fitness for better experience and I had an amazing experience while using the products.The product's cost as well as services were really good. It helps me to maintain the continuity throughout the year.

Utterly disappointed with the so called customer support. They are failing to help customers with their answers which are truly and utterly stupid !!!
They have no understanding on Customer delight and is extremely unprofessional in their approach. I recommend the business to restructure their customer support. They need to understand that it’s about getting best services with optimal expense when it comes to customers.

The product looks good and shows Time, Distance, Speed, Calorie and Pulse rate. Foldable & easy to move from one place to another at home. Affordable and simply awesome for everyday use.

I'm using there Pro-600 Treadmill model on rent and that is working totally fine. Excellent quality at best price. Surely go with InHouseGym

They are so disgusting and don’t have manners to treat customers, how to reply to the questions asked and are unable to deliver queries. If you are getting something and paying for It you will ask questions but these guys are so unmanned you can’t even Imagine. I have the worst experience and will recommend everyone not to opt them for any of your requirement.

Please make sure that you will be charged the transport cost recieving  rs1000 and returning the product rs 1000..which the company people won't tell you but they will send you a mail ...which I believe every one will miss.
I have rented multiple items in past and no where I had to pay the return cost to the company... Utterly disappointed...

InHouseGym is the best!!! It has the best products, best service and the best price. The treadmill I have rented from here fits my needs perfectly and it came in a very good condition.

I don't know who the hell picks up the phone, but if they don't know how to talk to customers then they should close there business. Not interested in listening to what the customer have to say.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE behaviour.

Really shoddy customer service. Bought a second hand machine only on trust but the product and customer service, both are extremely poor.  Do not recommend anymore.
