I have asked any technician contact number three time to reception but every time reply was same I will text you. But I have not received the contact number of technician.

pathetic.. pathetic… after sale service… the brand provides 2 ac services free of cost . when i tried to contact the customer support no representative picked up. after many attempts i finally raised a query via mail, wrote an official mail to IFB customer support, they replied with a mail saying they have registered my service request, even after 15 days no technician was assigned for ac service, even after reminding them over mail multiple times. when i again tried contacting the customer service for a complaint, i got to know my earlier complaint was closed without any closure or informing me. please do not buy ifb product… they don’t know how to take care of their customers… pathetic after sale service, they only know how to trouble their customers. i will make sure no one purchases ifb product atleast in my contacts. do not buy IFB.

Never purchase IFB washing machine. After sale service is pathetic. Behaviour of service representative is bad. Also customer care is useless they don’t have resolution even after multiple follow up.

I am very happy with the service of IFB Service Center. I had a very old washing machine and it was not working properly. I called the customer care number and they sent a technician within 24 hours. The technician was very polite and he checked the machine thoroughly. He told me that the machine was very old and it needed to be replaced. He gave me a list of new models and I chose one. He installed the new machine and took away the old one. I am very happy with the service of IFB Service Center.

My Fully automatic IFB Washing Machine was under AMC. The first complaint was registered by me 3 weeks ago.  The refurbished PCB was replaced after close follow up by me  and 6 futile visits of the engineer only to trouble and harass me.

I recently bought a washing machine 7-8 months back, it working good. But since last week, I observed that the washing machine is not washing the clothes properly. It leaves stains on some clothes a lot of times and then I have to manually wash the clothes. Soon I heard about IFB service center in Gurgoan, I scheduled a repair service at my home. They came and fixed my machine in just an hour. Now its working perfectly!

Very poor service. Never buy top load ifb washing machine. Brought the machine 6 months back. It’s not spinning properly nor the clothes are cleaning nor the water is heating. Tecnician had come once two months back but his behaviour was very bad and he was not ready to agree anything. Have put another complaint but no one has come. We are stuck up but would advise others to stay away from IFB👎👎👎👎

There is no customer care center of ifb if we can complaint at service centre they said that you should go customer care and no customer care is available where we can go. if we go to there engenier he said that please don't call us please reply what to do

This is one of the fraud third party ifb service centre, they will take the booking with no incident number and message to trace back...the service engineer came to our place and charge 250 without diagnosis...and said I can do the job for 3000 on personal level(not even from this third party)...for small part replacement..I already mentioned him we have extra spare part required for replacement...but he was interested in making his own money..his name is hemant..Incase anyone gets booking , pls don't take risk for atleast this service centre.. neither this person...as replied by owner, this is not a fake review..pls check your records
