Two days ago, I wrote a review regarding my test results. Yesterday, I was asked to provide a repeat sample for re-testing. Unfortunately, the report I received again was inaccurate. I then sent a sample to a different laboratory, and from there I received a genuine and accurate report.

Again Very Bad experience with the MOLQ LAB

This lab is very bad... The patient has a kidney issue, but they give normal reports and say they can't do anything now. I had the patient's test done in two other labs as well, and tests had been done many times before too from other labs.

One of my family members had testing done at this lab, and since the results were sent to us promptly by mail, it saved us time. The entire team is really helpful, and the services are excellent at fair prices. The location was also simple to get to. This is the place where services are provided with affordable price and it's a great experience as well.

Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced people working at the lab. Below are the details of my experience with them:

1. I had 3 tests booked with them today and they already quoted an amount beforehand which was agreed between us.
2. Now once they are done taking the sample, they repeatedly called me to pay more for the same tests conducted today, way more than the amount we have been agreed earlier.
3. I already sent them prescription and they seem to be too negligent to go through the prescription thoroughly.
4. They withheld the test results until I paid them double the amount quoted earlier !!
5. When you contact them on WhatsApp, they will always quote you amount of the tests to be conducted much higher than the amount posted on their official website.

I literally feel scammed by this lab. Will never conduct my tests from this lab nor will i recommend this lab to anyone.

The best location for COVID testing. I value the friendly service and staff's ability to deliver precise results; they use the most up-to-date equipment and are thoroughly trained. Excellent customer service. Excellent facility, knowledgeable staff, and a great place for testing.

Absolutely fantastic service. The person for taking sample arrived on time, as did the reports. There had been no pain while drawing the blood, and he had done it with such ease. I scheduled a test at this lab. When they took a sample from my house, they took every precaution. Really pleased with the service and staff. the ideal laboratory for COVID testing. Provides immediate results, thus anyone can choose Molq over other pathology tests.

This lab is nothing but a scam run by unprofessional individuals. I am chasing for my reports since last 2 Days, written 5 emails and by now tried their call center atleast 200 times. Managed to speak with their executive who has no clue on my reports or status. No escalation matrix, you just can't do anything than being on their mercy. I am going to report them to authorities

The top laboratory for COVID testing. Reports showed up on time. I appreciate the professional staff and provided services as well. To provide accurate reports, their personnel use the most recent technology and is fully trained.

Worst experience in time of family members getting COVID.

Overall experience starting from sample collection to reports and advisory from Doctors are very impressive. Only one request is if we can get medicines advisory via email instead of the call only, that will be helpful to understand that accurately and completely...

Dear All,
Don't get cheated with this lab. The worst experienced I had with this lab, I am mentioning. I have given booked for the COVID sample collection from home. They visited and took sample of my family on 11th of April. After that no response. After so much follow up, they told, sample got missed.  So they took re sample on 14th. Again no response from lab. Tried to contact all possible way, but no response. On 17th I was able to talk to them and they told, again sample got missed, and 3rd set of sample took on 17th. From past 2 days am following up. No response. Send mail, no response. My request to you all is. This is not the lab you can trust. You may get cheated with this kind of fraud people. If you are really serious on getting the test done. Please don't go with lab.
