I have taken subscription for 3 month of car cleaning and they have taken advance payment but later realised the demonstration and actual service is very different, on 1st day they came with modern cleaning equipment to provide demo and after that there cleaning boy is coming with a dirty basket and dirty cloth for cleaning, also weekly twice or thrice they are absent.
At the time of demo they promised for weekly interior cleaning, daily tyre and fiber part polish but here also they are failed.
When i asked for refund they are just giving excuses, ignoring calls and messages, daily saying to wait for tomorrow, now almost 1 month passed but they have not refunded my money.
I will suggest to opt there service only post payment and don't pay anything in advance because they are not professionals.

I had subscription of daily washing and polishing of car 899/- monthly but their service is poor. Only free demo was given properly but in real, extremely bad service, cleaning boys do not carry their kits as promised and no shampooing and polishing being done. Absolutely disappointed and never would use or recommend again.

I will suggest you I you opt for service opt for post payment and don't pay in advance because they are just polite not professionals.
