Definately not recommended not to anyone...So be safe and find other one dear.... I would have given 0 star
Owner are very rude, behaviour is very bad towards tenants...
Don't listen to any problem or issue... Always reply rudely...just looking too seek money... Machines are always not working...Food is bad.... Water ran out...if complaint they just reply only you have problem if you have that much problems leave and go to other place... Also all other old reviews are removed by them lots of people said same kind of things...

Pg is perfect blend of stress, fights and make your life hell

I stayed at this PG for almost four years, and it truly felt like a second home. The management is incredibly consistent, the rooms are well-maintained, and the environment is safe and peaceful. It’s rare to find a place that stays this reliable over the long term—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Worst experience ever. The staff is good but the lady owner is money minded and does not care about anything except money. She's a fraud and tries everything to deduct your security deposit by hook or by crook. She deducted 10k from my security money just because I kept some of my luggage for a few days which btw I confirmed with manager first before keeping. She falsely deducted amount for access card as well without any prior notice. This is the worst exp I have ever had. The pg facilities are fine but if you want peach of mind and want to avoid unnecessary and unjustified deductions while you exit from this pg, don't consider it ever.

My sister recently moved here. Owner/leaser - Priyanka is rude. After they take money they expect you to adjust with fused lights, ancient washing machine, broken taps and demand rent on 1st of every month with such impunity that they listen to us. They pay 14k max rent per room and charge tenants just double ~30k while not even providing 3 times meals and a functioning tap! They don't even provide any rent receipt.

Inflation increased by 6% in India last year and she increased rent by 12%. How is this not regulated?

Would not recommend for long term stay.
