Very Worst experience unprofessional staff They enjoy bothering the customer.

On date 06.05.2024 I visited for this VI office  for SIM CARD  due to SIM BLOCKE There was sitted staff talk with very rudely, no cooperative , No Guidline very Bad staff.

Had a tough time paying my last months bill.
Staff despite wanting to be helpful were helpless.
Voda, Give you store at least the basics to cater to us, customers be damned.!!!

omplaint number is C003-131973632799 dated 11-11-23 , C003-132093122745 DATD 17-11-23 AD C003-132090872822 DATD 17-11-23. very poor service. they don't have any respect for customers.

I have visit this store today for new prepaid sim card and there mr jitesh is suggest me very cheapest plan for my family so ill take postpaid connection and he will give me free door step service and process my request at my home....realy appreciated ...very good location and talented staff  💥💥

This store charge 100 rs for closed sim replacement dated 10-3-2023...I think this is froud , because as per Google there is free of cost.

Staff was very cooperative and soft spoken resolve issue on first visit
