Worst ❌❌❌ hotel experience ever.
Just because I booked the room online through FabHotel and called using the FabHotel number, the staff was extremely rude from the start. They demanded extra money for early check-in; otherwise, they asked me to sit outside for 2 hours.

Shockingly, the staff even asked me to lie if anyone asked whether I was staying at their hotel. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior.

When I finally got the room, it was in terrible condition—messy, walls torn, and water spilled everywhere. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly ignored.

This hotel has zero professionalism and only focuses on extracting more money from guests. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The AC wasn't working when I checked in, and even after requesting maintenance, it made an unbearable noise—like being outside a flying airplane. I also discovered 2-3 bed bugs, and the room was far from hygienic overall.

Had a great one-week stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Madhusudhan & vivek for helping a lot throughout my stay. Truly appreciate his support

I stayed here for 2 nights only because it was close to my office, but the experience was disappointing. The room was spacious but dirty, pillows had no covers, and I even spotted a cockroach on the bed at night. The washroom was poorly maintained - broken toilet seat, shower tap came off, and I was given shampoo instead of body wash. Towels were damp with a strange odor (thankfully I carried my own). Even basic amenities like toothpaste required an argument despite me agreeing to pay. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay - I would not recommend this hotel.

The rooms were dirty. There were mini cockroaches in the room. And also the staff behaviour is not at all good. The lock of room were not okay.
Not recommended to anybody. Better go for OTHER option in same area.

The staff were very hospitable, Madhu sudhan sir was very caring and took good care of our staying.

Location good but rooms maintanence is very poor. You should visit once, what they are offering us before giving to us. Its not that you will have some commission and done. Thus you will loose business. But i must say people are very good.

Absolutely Disgusted – Do NOT Stay Here! Racist, Unprofessional, and Worst Service Ever!

I had one of the most horrifying hotel experiences of my life at FabHotel Rivlet. We made a confirmed reservation and fully paid in advance. But the moment we arrived at the property, we were refused a room purely because we are from Nepal. Yes, you read that right – outright racism.

There was no such restriction mentioned anywhere online, and they never reached out to inform us in advance. They happily took our money, waited until we arrived, and then denied us entry only after seeing our passports. Their staff was unapologetic, rude, and made no effort to resolve the situation. The management was equally pathetic – arrogant, unhelpful, and showed zero professionalism.

This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Discriminating against guests based on nationality is not just unethical, it’s disgusting.

We were left stranded despite having a valid booking. Not only was our time and money wasted, but we also had to deal with the emotional stress of being treated like this in a foreign place.

I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place. If you value decency, respect, and basic human dignity, do NOT stay at FabHotel Rivlet. They don’t deserve your money or trust.

Had the worst experience of my life here. Only book this place if you are short on time and hsve absolutely run out of all options and don't have the time to search either. Don't even bother looking at the pictures posted here because they must be really old. I come back from office at 9pm and the whole room is infested with cockroaches, the couch looks like it has never in its life been cleaned, the curtains are torn and the road infront. Is always waterlogged! Everything was broken, the socket, the geyser and even the walls. Absolutely my WORST STAY. Never make the full payment before checking the condition. The receptionst was especially rude. The staff were nice but the receptionist. Geez.

After my trip to the Maldives, I had a transit stop in India and booked a room at this Fab Hotel. When we arrived, the staff showed us the room and everything seemed fine—until they saw our Nepali passports. Shockingly, they told us to leave immediately and refused to let us check in, despite having a valid booking.

The hotel staff were extremely rude and blatantly discriminatory. I’ve never felt so humiliated. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly not just on the hotel, but on hospitality in general. I would strongly advise anyone—especially international travelers—not to stay here. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel is under renovation but staff r very friendly. Kavitha is being very friendly & courteous.

I had booked the hotel for 1 night. I checked in in the evening. Firstly, there is no board or signage to help guests locate the hotel.
Anyways, I checked in and took a room on 2nd floor. Mind it there is no lift. When I got inside the room, it was very poorly maintained. Bathroom had spots around the wall. Also, there is construction going on, you don’t see guards. It just feels unsafe!
You guys really need to improve on quality. Even though I had booked and paid the full amount, i checked out immediately.

No safety, All the rooms balcony doors are not closing. All the rooms balcony's are closed to each other any one from other room can enter our room.

A clean and quiet hotel, close to the largest mall in gurgaon, the Ambience Mall
and everything is available nearby.
