Very Pathetic Service by this centre of croma i have ever seen in my life. Faulty product delivered. Without follow up no one has come for installation. After several follow up person has visited. Informing that it will be raised for replacement. And, given the report that product was okay. No need for replacement.

In this croma team, not taking any action of their fault. Just informing about the products.

Bought food processor last week, price fixed(TATA enterprise& they don't care for customers). After purchase brought itvto home,Asked for demo & I was told it is chargeable, what the heck- poor salesmanship. Beware before buying any product from Chroma store -to check recheck & rather don't buy as prices are not negotiable ,pre&post buying salesmanship is useless. Experience in sector 29 chroma store. Vijay sales much better with price flexibility,offers etc. There are more employees than products displayed & for that they would need to fleece customers

The service is really pathetic, i bought a fridge only because it was getting delivered the next day. The salesperson billed me instantly and they kept lying. He stopped picking my calls and i recieved no response from CROMA or any update of delivery.
I had to personally visit the store again a week later to get a response on my escalation even then the salesperson denied everything. It’s tooo bad to run after a brand like this. I will never purchase again

Good finance staff of kotak really deserve better designation (satyam) superb and fast service

I had an excellent experience purchasing an air conditioner at Croma, Gurgaon, thanks to Shahrukh. From the moment we approached him, he was extremely courteous, patient, and professional. Worst croma store ever!!!
Customer service and product delivery is abysmal. Their focus is on getting the customer to make the payment, post that they completely forget about the customer.

These people are not concerned about customers.On the refrigerator  washing machine side people stand in a group not even looking at customer as if like not intrestsd to sell anything unlike vijay sales or reliance where they attend customer promptly. On calling also they will pass on to each other and then one guy will come and quote a rate eg he will quote 45k for panasonic ac which panasonic is selling on site without offer in 41k and then on showing they will say "vahi se le lo ji".

I wanted to even post names but what diffrence that would make when nobody is concerned

Extremely disappointing customer service experience at Tata Croma.

I had raised a request for a replacement TV remote for my Croma TV almost 11 months ago, and unbelievably, it is still unresolved. I visited the store again today to follow up, and the experience at the customer service counter was shockingly poor.

The person at the counter was rude, loud, and constantly arguing instead of listening. He kept overspeaking and interrupting every time I tried to explain the issue. His body language was dismissive, and he showed absolutely no humility or courtesy, which is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role.

When I mentioned that this was the second time I was raising the same request and asked what would happen if it still wasn’t resolved, he simply pointed at the customer care number board and said, “You can call there.” Instead of reassuring me or taking ownership, he completely deflected responsibility.

To make matters worse, I did not receive any confirmation email for the new request he claimed to have raised today — which makes me seriously doubt if he even submitted it. (When I raised the same request 11 months ago, I immediately received an email confirmation.)

Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. For a brand like Tata Croma, such arrogant and careless behaviour from customer service staff is unacceptable. Would strongly advise against visiting this store for after-sales support.

Had a great experience at ultrahuman kiosk, sahil handled it pretty well.

A wonderful shopping experience with Ravi Dutt and his sales team. I bought 3 ACs and and got perfect advice from the sales representative. The store has a great range of products. It has a good parking in the place. You can get first hand experience of all the latest TVs, Washing Machines, Refrigerators and all other gadgets. Especially the mobiles. Something that your can't get in the online shopping.

Croma Sec 29 offers a great variety and an impressive sales team that makes the purchase experience smooth. However, once payment is done and the product is delivered, the after-sales attitude changes drastically. They refused installation at my location despite assuring it during purchase, citing “area not serviceable” only after delivery. Post-purchase support feels dismissive and unhelpful, which is disappointing for a brand of this stature. Good products, but poor commitment to customer service.
They should improve their after sales service and also their attitude of customer support is also very pathetic

Pathetic experience, my laptop screen was broken accidentally I already had insurance and crossed Checked that it will cove the screen still they charged 10k and it’s 1 month they don’t handover the laptop and not given any update regarding date. Every time they say team call you in 24hrs. Please cross check the insurance policy else customer service is very poor

Bought washing machine from them and purchased extended warranty and now when the warranty has expired theyre not providing any technician, it has been 6 days and twice they have resolved the complaint without anyone coming to resolve it and this is my third complaint. theyre frauds, dont buy anything from them

We had a very good experience with the kotak finance team they were actually very helpful and polite.

Fraud staff, never finance from here any mobile otherwise they will make you stupid, they will take extra money No Cost to interest charges . There is hidden charges in no cost emi so never buy any product from here , specially there is Mr Pradeep is a big scammer as a financier. I will complaint in consumer court 😡😡😡

I bought Dishwasher of Electrolux. But electrolux cant install and ask to return product. When I return product which was finance, croma assure us that EMI will not deduc from my account still it reflect and realised. No clarity no support from croma. Worst service as first they dont adhere timeliness for installation,  then for pick up and now for refund.

Dont visit at all. Paid them a huge some only to not receive a bill even in 24 hours. The staff says they are happy to refund money back in case i have so many problems. Is that how a tata company is dealing with customers? Check for yourself how many people are struggling with their orders and deliveries. How can you take someone’s money and not give them a bill.
