Plastics elastomers used to produce stock shapes processing into semi-finished and/ or finished profiles mainly are three types; (1) Melt processable, (2) Cross-linking of Polymers below melting point, (3) Moulding Sintering. We are manufacturers of Polymers in different shapes as; Polymer sheets, Plates, boards, liners, strips, rods, bars, tubes, pipes, semi-finished, finished profiles, molded parts finished machined components. Polymer Plates are used in industrial applications which includes; abrasion resistant liners, friction liners, free-flow liners, impact-resistant liners, conveyor pallets, jigs fixtures, partition plates, etc. These polymer materials are Casting, Extrusion, Compression Moulding of Nylon-6, Polyurethane Elastomers, Polyacetal / Delrin/ POM, PTFE/ Teflon, PVDF, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), Polypropylene (PP), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), PVC, HMHD, PEEK, etc. Nylon-6 Casting Polymers sheets are supplied in different thicknesses, 8 - 80mm as plain/ unfilled grade in natural ivory color, self-lubricating (oil-filled) grade in green color, heat stabilized (H.S.) grade in blue color, UV stabilized/ anti-static grades in black color, Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) grade in grayish black, high impact strength properties in yellow color, etc. Our Nylon-6 Casting polymer sheets are offered in std. millimeter sizes 300x300, 1000x1000, 1000x2000 dimensions. Bigger and non-standard sheets are supplied against specific requirements. We offer UHMWPE Polyurethane Polymer Sheets as friction liners and used for abrasion resistant linings in silos, hoppers, chutes, sliding applications, rubbing applications. These Polymer sheets can also be welded and applied with nut-bolt system on to the fabricated metal structures.
